1. Marksburg Castle Braubach
The Marksburg is a castle above the town of Braubach in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is one of the principal sites of the Rhine Gorge UNESCO World Heritage Site. The fortress was used for protection rather than as a residence for royal families. It has a striking example of a bergfried designed as a butter-churn tower. Of the 40 hill castles between Bingen am Rhein and Koblenz the Marksburg was the only one which was never destroyed.

Auf der Höhe des Hunsrücks - Teaser

Da ich in nur 40 oder 60 Minuten Film nicht alle schönen Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten im Hunsrück zeigen kann, habe ich mich entschieden, mehrere Kurzfilme statt nur einen Dokumentarfilm zu erstellen.
Die Idee: Auf der Höhe des Hunsrücks wird eine Serie, mit mehreren Episoden, jeweils zwischen 10 und 20 Minuten.

This scene was taken at Night in beautiful Germany in Spring 2004. I wish I did not delete all those pictures and videos, but some scenery, and Gothic, European architecture was just breathtaking! Some town in Prague, Czcech Republic also reminded me of Lindblum, from Final Fantasy IX. Funny thing is, I dreaded this trip, but a lot of the places we visited, things we did, people we saw, was memorable, nostalgic, and almost healing.
