2. Palolem Beach
This beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of the city. It has a very calm sea, no rough tides and angry water. So here you can easily walk 100m into the sea and enjoy the feeling of moving water running through your feet. You can get Ayurveda Massage also while you are there.
3. Basilica of Bom Jesus
It is a central place for Catholics in Goa and the incorrupt body of St Francis is kept here. This church was made in 1605 and is one of the best examples of baroque architecture in the country.
4. Fort Aguada
Fort Aguada is a heritage from the Portuguese. This fort faces the Arabian Sea from 1612. This fort was basically made to provide defense against Dutch and Marathas. At present it stands as a landmark that divides the Sinquerium Beach and the Candolim Beach.

We visited South Goa once again explored the beaches from Palolem to Agonda and Cola. We also visited Varca and Colva beach in the end. The best part was the sailing activity in Palolem beach to see the dolphins and spend some amazing time in butterfly beach. They also show you monkey island and take you to honeymoon beach. You can negotiate with the price for longer stay in the beach. Our stay at Pacific Sunset View Beach resort in one end of Palolem was just superb with clean huts with lot of privacy, pretty corners, beach access and a wonderful space overlooking the Palolem beach from far.
