I traveled to Riga for only 4 days and managed to see and do a lot in that short given timeframe. Riga is the largest city of the Baltics and offers a lot of cool things to do in Riga itself but also just a short train ride out of the center in Sigulda.

This video showcases the combination of a city trip and and action packed day out in the nature. My personal highlight has been the flight in the vertical wind tunnel Aerodium near Sigulda - if you feel like you can even go Bungee Jumping there.

Places to visit in Riga

Riga, a charming city in Europe. Definitely one of my favorite destinations. This video shows the places in Riga we visited during our Road Trip of the Baltic States. Old Riga was absolutely a charming place. Lots of restaurants and bars around. The food in Riga will never disappoint. Absolutely recommended. Try all! The nightlife was amazing. English is not a problem, although can be quite a challenge amongst the older folk. The tour was short, 1-night & 2days only but was well worth it.
