In this video we continue to explore the best sights of Northern Ireland and arrive at the Titanic Museum in Belfast.
If you are in Belfast, and are looking for the top things to do then look no further - this video will show you another of our best sites & attractions in Northern Ireland.
Our nephew Jasper has always wanted to visit the Titanic Museum in Belfast ( this is definately his must see site whilst in Northern Ireland) and so he have flown over to spend a week with us touring Northern Ireland. This is definitely on of the top things to do in Belfast and indeed Northern Ireland.
We spend the whole day touring the Titanic Museum and what a day it was. We booked the ultimate experience for £30 and that included the SS Nomadic, A guided tour and the Titanic Experience.
I would strongly suggest doing the guided tour as you learn so much that you wouldn't know otherwise. We have tried to share as much of this as we can with you in this video.
There is a reason why the Titanic Museum Belfast has been voted as the world's top tourist attractions. It is definitely one of our must see top sites in Belfast and Northern Ireland. So if your in Northern Ireland and your looking for the top things to do in Belfast this is a must see top attraction of Northern Ireland.

Wild Atlantic Way Road Trip Vlog Series: Touring Achill Island and Westport
In this episode we continue our tour south along the Wild Atlantic in our camervan - Trudy and arrive and the beautiful Achill Island. We couldn't resits stopping for lunch in Europes most westerly pub - Gieltys Bar. Chris had a wonderful plate of traditional fish and chips.
After lunch we drove on the road to Keel Beach - not a road for anyone with a fear of heights - the road has a straight drop right next to it - but wow the views are amazing !.
Keel beach is just fabulous the weather was yet again amazing and the colour of the water makes it look like we were on a tropical island !!
After leaving Achill Island we headed into the town of Westport to meet up with Niamh, Roger & Rossi who own a Fishing and adventure shop in town. They had been following our adventure on social media so we popped in to see them on the way through. We ended up stopping the night and sharing stories over a couple of pints of Guinness. They presented us with a fishing rod and tackle so we could catch dinner on our travels - thanks guys - that was such a nice gift !!!
The Wild Atlantic Way is one of the longest designated coastal road trips in the world at over 2,500 km long. Our road trip of the Wild Atlantic Way started at the most Northern Point of Ireland - Malin Head and finished all the way at the bottom in the town of Kinsale.
The Wild Atlantic way is a road trip of a lifetime and that’s why we just had to do it and produce a travel series of vlogs of our experiences along this magical road. We saw beautiful and dramatic cliffs, stunning beaches, the best sunsets, met lots of lovely people, sung at a shanty festival and saw Ireland at it’s best. If you come to Ireland you must visit the Wild Atlantic Way - even if you can’t do the complete road trip just go and do part of it - absolutely awesome and what a road trip to start off our never ending journey around the Globe.

We Climb the Cuilcagh Mountain BoardWalk Co Fermanagh
Tanya and I walked/climbed the fabulous scenic Cuilcagh Mountain Boardwalk at the end of October 2017. Come and do it for yourself. You will not be disappointed but please dress appropriately for the mountain, take all your litter home and bring a knapsack with a flask of tea etc. Sorry no dogs allowed for fear of stressing the sheep.
Opened it 2015 the Cuilcagh Mountain Boardwalk has fast become one of Northern Ireland's must see tourist/walking destinations. Nicknamed by locals as the 'Stairway to Heaven', the walkway is now on many world wide walkers bucket list. The number of visitors to the site now numbers into the hundreds of thousands. It has become fantastically popular is such a very short period of time.
The boardwalk protects the rare Cuilcagh Mountain blanket bog from erosion due to hill walking. It was built by Alexander Civil Engineering in conjunction with Fermanagh District Council with funding provided by the European Union through the INTERREG IVA Border Uplands Project managed by the Special European Union Programmes Body and the Irish Central Border Area Network.

Distance 7.4 km, total distance in/out 14.8 km
Time- We completed the walk easily in 4 hours
I am a fit 64 year old.
Terrain: Gravel track, boardwalks & exposed mountain path.-I recommend good hiking boots as the gravel stones are sore on the feet.

The Cuilcagh Legnagbrocky Trail is a linear route which will appeal to walkers with some experience walking in the hills. The route is quite isolated and showcases the scenic wilderness of Cuilcagh Mountain. The trail meanders along a quiet farmland track before traversing a wooden boardwalk that consists of a steady climb to the mountain face. Here a stepped boardwalk climbs through steep terrain and boulders fields before reaching the summit plateau. A rough mountain path negotiates the wild summit plateau for a few kilometres before reaching an ancient cairn (the remains of a burial mound dating from the Bronze Age 2,500 – 500 BC) that stands at 666 metres (2,182 ft) above sea level.
The imposing mountain flanks of Cuilcagh give this walk a very atmospheric feeling providing breathing views, the most impressive view is of Lough Atona, a lake nestled at the foot of the mountain which was carved out by the glacier during the last Ice Age approximately 13,000 years ago.
EuroVelo 1: Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way
(Contents see below) The EuroVelo 1 runs through the Republic of Ireland for almost a thousand kilometers. The first half of the cycle route leads from Donegal on the wild Atlantic coast to Galway. Nonexistent bike paths, lots of hills and even more rain, these are the small disadvantages. Great landscapes, friendly people and pubs full of music - the benefits prevail clearly.
