    Santa Lucía Hill is a small hill in the centre of Santiago, Chile. It is situated between Alameda del Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins in the south, Santa Lucía Street in the west and Victoria Subercaseaux on the east. An adjacent metro station is named after it. The hill has an altitude of 629 m and a height of 69 m over the surrounding area. The hill is the remnant of a volcano 15 million years old.The hill comprises a 65,300 square metre park adorned with ornate facades, stairways and fountains. At the highest point there is a viewpoint popular with tourists visiting the city.

    Santa Lucia , is a station on the Santiago Metro in Santiago, Chile. It is underground, between the stations Universidad de Chile and Universidad Católica on the same line. It is located on Avenida Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins, in the commune of Santiago. It has a regular flow of passengers that increases during the Metro's rush hours . The station is in a mix of residential, business and educational zones. In the immediate surroundings of the station, to the northeast is Santa Lucia Hill, and just by the North exit also is the National Library of Chile, a National Monument building located along the North sidewalk of Avenida Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins. The station also is to the Avenida Miraflores and Avenida Santa Rosa, this latter being a major traffic axis.
