    Bioparque Los Ocarros or Los Ocarros is a zoo park located in the city of Villavicencio in the country of Colombia. The biopark houses animals of the region and works closely with the environmental authorities to preserve the local fauna. Los Ocarros 5.5 hectares are divided into 7 different sections with 38 habitats that are home to about 181 species of animals. The biopark also counts with a man-made lake that is home to different kinds of turtles, fish and birds.

    The Lago Puelo National Park is a national park of Argentina, located in the northwest of the province of Chubut, in the Patagonia. It has an area of 276.74 square kilometres . It was created in order to protect its scenic landscape and the Valdivian flora, as an annex to the Los Alerces National Park, and declared National Park and independent reserve in 1971. The protected area is named after the Puelo Lake, and belongs to the Patagonic forest and steppes and High Andes eco-regions. The mountainous zone where the park lies was modified by the action of glaciers, which created many rivers and lakes, including the one that gives the park its name. The rivers of the region show high levels of glacier sediment , which gives Puelo Lake its blue color.

The Paraná flows north–south and becomes an alluvial basin between the Argentine provinces of Entre Ríos, Santa Fe and Buenos Aires then emptying into the Río de la Plata. It covers about 14,000 square kilometres and starts to form between the cities of Santa Fe and Rosario, where the river splits into several arms, creating a network of islands and wetlands. Most of it is in the jurisdiction of Entre Ríos Province, and parts in the north of Buenos Aires Province.     The Laja Falls is a waterfall located in the Laja River in southcentral Chile. It lies next to the old Pan-American Highway, between the cities of Los Ángeles and Chillán. Below the falls Laja River has formed a narrow canyon. The surroundings of the waterfall are very commercialized. Laja Falls consist of four horseshoe shaped falls - one on each arm of Laja River. The tallest is the easternmost fall, but the western falls are 20 m tall. Total width of all four falls - approximately 455 m.
