Fort Frederik, also known as Frederiksfort, is a U.S. National Historic Landmark in Frederiksted, United States Virgin Islands. It was built between 1752 and 1760 by Denmark-Norway to defend the economic interests of the natural deep water port of Frederiksted and to ward off pirates. It has red and white painted walls, making it quite different then yellow and white of Fort Christiansværn on the other side of the island. It is located at the north end of Frederiksted, in St. Croix, south of the junction of Mahogany Road and VI 631. It should not be confused with Frederiks Fort, Fortberg Hill, on St. John, which is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We had a blast on the beaches of St. John USVI as well, visiting Maho Bay, Trunk Bay, Francis Bay and more beautiful beaches. Additionally we visited Brewers Bay beach, Magens Bay beach, Emerald Bay beach and a couple others on St. Thomas too and of course filmed them all in HD. Hit some amazing restaurants, an open air market to get souvenirs, and some other cool local spots. Lots of fun things to do in St. Thomas. This video has some fun facts and travel tips about St. Thomas USVI too :) Lots of cruise ships stop through Saint Thomas making it one of the most popular Caribbean destinations! We, Irwin and Victorina, have decided to quit our jobs, sell everything we have and go on an epic road trip of visiting all U.S. National Parks! Follow our journey - from letting go of our material possessions, preparing for the extended camping trip, and even the mistakes, joys, doubts and adventures we make along the way! We hope to inspire others to appreciate the beauty of Planet Earth.

Adventure begins in Feb 2017. We estimate this road trip will take us approximately 12 to 16 months. We know we will some amazing places and meet a lot of interesting people.
