Saint-Vincent, Aosta Valley - Magic place with wonderful Casino
Saint-Vincent (Valdôtain: Sèn-Veuncein; Issime Walser: Finze) is a town and comune in the Aosta Valley region of north-western Italy. Saint-Vincent, elevation 575 metres (1,886 ft), is a popular summer holiday resort with mineral springs (recommended for liver and stomach disorders).
The town is bounded by Ayas, Brusson, Châtillon, Emarèse and Montjovet.

Visita per le descrizioni dettagliate delle aree naturalistiche della Valle d’Aosta, i sentieri e le attività proposte da VIvaVdA.
Sentiero dalla lunghezza considerevole che si sviluppa su 34 km intorno al massiccio del Monte Rosa, attraverso le suggestive località delle vallate di Gressoney, Ayas e Valtournenche. Il dislivello è di 1478 metri circa.

BOOK - VIA FRANCIGENA - SCHEPDAAL TO ROMA 2009
In may/June 2009 we did a biketrip to Rome. We started near Brussels (Schepdaal).Via France : Monthermé, Charleville-Mézières, Bar-le-Duc (From here we followed most of the time the Via Francigena), Bains-les-Bains, Besançon and Ornans. We passed into Switzerland over the Jura Mountains (Pontarlier,Yverdon-les-Bains, Vevey, Montreux, Aigle, Martigny). We went to Italy via the Great St.Bernard, the highest road pass in Switzerland. We passed a lot of historic places in Italy: Aosta, Ivrea, Santhiá, Vercelli, Pavia, Piacenza, Parma, over the Apennines (Cisa Pass), Pontremoli, Carrara, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano, Colle di Val D'Elsa, Siena, Bolsena, Viterbo, Sutri and at least Roma.
