Subject to gaining the appropriate permissions, there is the possibility to develop some of the outbuildings (currently used as workshop and storage space) to create additional accommodation.

The well tended gardens slope gently away from the property and are a mixture of lawns, mature trees and herbaceous beds with attractive planting arrangements. The 11m by 7m heated swimming pool is fully fenced to comply with regulations and is illuminated. You are spoilt for choice with airport options -- Bordeaux, Limoges and Poitiers are all reachable within 75 minutes whilst Bergerac is 1hr 45 minutes away.

This was an vintage 2cv anniversary tour for a professional photographer and her husband touring enchanted and hidden places in Paris with a stop at the I Love You Wall in Montmartre and lunch in an amazing 19th century park.

The driver captured several moments and my son Chase put this slideshow together with the soundtrack to Amelie in the background.
