chinese child got hit by car twice in china 18 people ignoring it.
The footage from CCTV shows Yue Yue, 2 years old was walking in a metal market 100 meters far from her home in Guangdong, China and was run over by a truck at 5:26 pm. After that, three passersby discovered the injured girl lying on the street, but they all walked away. She was later hit by another truck. Next, electric bikers, tricycles and three other pedestrians left the poor baby, while no one in the nearby store came to help the victim.
Seven minutes after the accident, a 57-year-old scavenger noticed the victim and took her to the pavement. This woman tried to talk to the store owner but no one helped. The scavenger then went into a neighborhood and a few seconds later, her mother appeared and took her to the emergency room. However the girl could not survive after the severe accident.
Police arrested a truck driver crashing her just after the accident, while the driver of the left truck turned himself in the following day.
What causes people angry is not only the carelessness of the truck drivers but also the indifference of the passersby and people nearby. We can see human in the video but not the humanity
Sliding oil prices and long anticipated U.S. interest rate hike rattles Asian ma
아시아 금융시장 불안…저유가·美금리인상 등 영향
The Asian financial market continues to fall, as stock markets and currencies in the region dipped, continuing the trend from last week.
Falling oil prices and a LONG anticipated U.S. interest rate-hike has left investors nervous.
Kwon Jang-Ho, brings the details.
The Asian stock markets tumbled again on Monday.
The Japanese Nikkei Index fell by 1-point-8 percent.
The Hong Kong Hang Seng index was down point-seven-two percent.
And the Korean KOSPI fell 1-point-zero-7 percent.
It was a continuation of last Friday′s sell off, which marked the worst day for global equities since September.
Only China′s stocks were up after weekend data showed China′s factory output growth was at a five-month high.
But the Chinese yuan dropped for the seventh day in a row.
The Korean won also suffered, ending the day 1,184-point-7 won against the dollar, the lowest it has been since September.
The continuing slide in the price of oil has been cited as one of the main reasons for the Asian markets being so rattled.
U.S. crude oil hit a seven-year low last Friday...and it has led to investors dropping risky assets in Asia for fears that the low oil prices signal weak global demand.
Then there′s the U.S. Federal Reserve′s meeting taking place on Tuesday and Wednesday.
After months of uncertainty, it is now widely expected that the FED will decide to raise the interest rate for the first time in nearly a decade...which spells bad news for Asia.
″For countries in Asia, we can expect capital outflow and stock prices to drop, affecting their economies negatively. In Korea, capital outflow is likely to be less severe...However, if other the Asian countries suffer a downturn, Korean exports could suffer and that would hurt the country′s economy.″
Over the next few days, all eyes will be on the Fed in the U.S. as it′s likely to finally pull trigger on a rate-hike.

China's MOFA supports possible US-North Korea summit
(13 Mar 2018) China said on Tuesday it encourages and supports the possible summit meeting between the US and North Korea, one day after a South Korean envoy met with Chinese leader Xi Jinping.
The comments came from Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang at a regular briefing, a day after South Korea's national security director Chung Eui-yong praised Xi's role in nudging North Korea toward denuclearisation talks, following word of the possible summit.
Lu said China will continue to play a unique role in promoting the talks among all the parties.
Meanwhile in response to remarks by Canadian Prime Minister Justine Trudeau that his country was concerned about China's dumping of steel to the global market, Lu said China has made big progress in reducing capacity and has paid a huge price for doing so.
Trudeau made the remarks on Monday when visiting an aluminum plant in Quebec.
Lu added that the excess capacity of steel was not just China's problem and China hopes alle steel manufacturing countries will work together to take coordinative measures to reduce the steel capacity at a same ratio.

Ex-CIA agent Jerry Lee sentenced for spying for China
Jerry Chun Shing Lee, a former CIA agent, was sentenced to 19 years in federal prison for conspiring to spy for China. Lee, 55, left the CIA in 2007 and was recruited by Chinese agents in 2010. According to prosecutors, he sold US national defense information which allegedly allowed China to dismantle a network of informants — each of whom was either killed or jailed. Advertisement Lee is the third former CIA agent in less than a year to be sentenced for committing espionage for China. Lee pleaded guilty in May in an unsuccessful attempt to get a lighter sentence. Prosecutors alleged that Lee received hundreds of thousands of dollars and gave the Chinese agents every piece of information he had. WEDDING HELL-Groom ‘plays video of cheating bride in bed with another man at their wedding
Footage of a groom playing a video of his bride apparently cheating with her brother-in-law has gone viral in China.
The man had the five-minute sex tape played out on a big screen in front of family and friends to humiliate his unfaithful fiancée after discovering her affair with her pregnant sister's husband, according to online accounts.
The unverified footage, believed to be filmed by a guest at the nuptials, has sparked an outcry among web users. While some believe the incident to be real, others argue that the clips have been used by a video app as a marketing stunt.
The trending topic, comprising three clips, has been widely reported by major Chinese-language media outlets, including Sina from mainland China, Apple Daily from Hong Kong and Ettoday from Taiwan.
According to various reports, the wedding took place in the province of Fujian in south-eastern China last Thursday.
One of the clips shows the lovebirds walking down the aisle and then standing on a stage at their wedding banquet.
An emcee is heard telling the crowd 'now we are going to show you the videos of how the newlyweds grew up'. But seconds later, an X-rated video starts playing from the projector.
The clip then shows the groom accusing the bride on stage 'you thought I didn't know?' and the bride throwing her bouquet at her partner. They are separated by their family members and friends shortly after.
The two other clips, running five minutes in total, are explicit films said to be of the bride and her brother-in-law.
Apple Daily reported that the couple had been in a relationship for two years and was engaged six months ago, citing accounts from insiders.
It is said that the groom found out about his bride's affair after installing a security camera in their future home during a renovation project.
The report also suggested that the bride's sister was six months pregnant.
According to an influential Chinese entertainment blogger, known as 'Jiang Zhe Hu Ba Jie', the clips first emerged on a short-video app called 'Aubergine Video', therefore the incident was billed as the 'aubergine brother-in-law gate'.
The blogger also claimed that the bride cheated on her fiancé after suffering from domestic violence from him.
She allegedly agreed to marry him after he had promised to pay for a flat and a car for their union.
The blogger added that the bride admitted the affair. It is said that she and her brother-in-law developed feelings for each other after the latter started to mediate between her and her fiancé during their dispute over domestic violence.
The bride has demanded her partner withdraw all video clips from the internet, according to the post.
However, another gossip columnist, Mr Zha, believes the whole incident was a marketing stunt.
The writer wondered how the video app had obtained the footage 'exclusively'.
'Who would air their dirty laundry on a video website?' Mr Zha argued.
He also pointed out that the clip played out at the wedding bore the logo of the video app.
'To summarise, there is only one explanation, this is a malicious marketing stunt,' he criticised.
As of writing, clips involving the incident have been removed from Chinese social media platform Weibo, but are still circulating on Twitter and messaging app WeChat.

RRG Climbing Trip | November 2016
A glimpse into our 4 day climbing trip in November 2016 to the Red River Gorge/Coopers Rock State Forest.
Training began a month prior to our trip, at our home crag Safe Harbor, South - we wanted to get a few challenging routes under our belts before we headed south to the gorge.
In the Red River Gorge we climbed at the Roadside Crag, Muir Valley at The Boneyard, and at the Pendergrass-Murray Recreational Preserve (PMRP) wall Chica Bonita. Before we left PRMP we stopped by The Motherlode area to see the Madness Cave. After leaving Kentucky and the RRG, we drove back north to West Virginia and stopped at Coopers Rock State Forest for some bouldering to end our extended weekend. We got in 3 problems - Tilted Tree Arete (V3), Tombstone Arete (V4), and Moby's Dick (V3).
