Tillicum Excursion
Tillicum Excursion (formerly Tillicum Village) is Seattle, Washington's premier native cultural experience and home of the famous salmon bake. Daily narrated sightseeing cruises from Seattle to Blake Island State Park by Argosy Cruises.
Tillicum Excursion
Your 4-hour adventure begins with an Argosy cruise across Puget Sound to Blake Island on the Tillicum Excursion (formerly Tillicum Village). Here, you'll make your way up a path strewn with clam shells bleached by the sun. Enjoy an appetizer of clams and nectar followed by your buffet meal! Tillicum Village Guests can watch whole salmon being cooked on cedar stakes over an alder-wood fire in the traditional Northwest Coast Indian Style. As you finish your meal, the lights dim while the myth and magic come to life in a spellbinding performance highlighting the customs, beliefs and dances of the Northwest Coast Salish Indians.
Sailing to Tillicum Village
Sail with Argosy Cruises to Blake Island State Park. Enjoy a delicious salmon bake--and a Native-inspired show about featuring stories and symbols of the Coast Salish tribe. Cruise Director Jim Sullivan offers a great historical narrative of the area, including stories about Chief Seattle--who was born on Blake Island.
Seattle Tour Boat And Seattle Duck Boat Tour on Lake Union & Lake Washington Attractions
Seattle Tour On A Seatle Boat Tour allow you to see the Seattle skyline from the water in a relaxed comfortable way. Many tour boats offer light snacks and beverages from their snack bar and you can choose which area you want to cruise.
There are traditional Seattle Tour Boats you can take of a Seattle Duck Tour in a special amphibious Duck Boat that drives around the city and then dives into the water for a view from the water. The Seattle tour boats have different segments to choose from or do them all including Lake Union, Lake Washington, and the Seattle Locks and saltwater waterfront. You can catch a Seattle Tour boat from the downtown waterfront or at the south end of Lake Union. The Seattle Duck boat terminal is actually on land across from the Seattle Space Needle.

Visiting Seattle Washington
While in Seattle for a conference, I was able to take in some tourist attractions like the Public Market (Pike Place Market), the Space Needle, the first Starbucks, Elliott's Restaurant, Alki Beach (Alki Point), Kerry Park, the monorail, light rail, etc. Fun was had by all! I hope you enjoy what I have to share.

a few billion dollars worth of war contracts in the last ten years since I had seen this place and it is still a shithole of a slummy town with very little substantive improvement or private real estate development. Shitty trailer parks and deteriorating retail space is prevalent in the absolute squalor that a lot of troops go home to in between wars these days.
This place really needs genuine real estate investment and development, not the current breed of speculative slumlords and do-nothing loan title squatters. Illegal immigrant and welfare housing is often better than what this nation's heroes often get. That needs to change.
