Phoenix TV program featured the Modern Chinese Cookery Theatre in Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong 2014.
The very best Chinese master chefs steamed, fried and grilled their signature dishes in front of your very eyes. The demonstration was a feast for the senses, and chefs prepared culinary masterpieces using classic ingredients, whilst sharing their inspirations and favourite dishes. Chefs were happy to talk to audiences through the demonstrations and revealed the tips and tricks of the masters at this entertaining and interactive event.

Caprice boasts Hong Kong's first cheese cellar, which houses a vast selection of artisanal French cheeses sourced straight from the most passionate affineurs, an extensive and award-winning wine list and boasts the adjoining Caprice Bar.
Caprice is led by Chef de Cuisine Fabrice Vulin and managed by Sebastien Boudon. The personality of a restaurant is often reflected through the faces of the people who live and breathe it. Come and meet the team.

Sometimes cooking is like a challenge, especially when you are trying to make a new dish. Some people are afraid of doing so, but some people are confident enough.
In this episode, we invited a brave individual to make a dish he never cooked before... which brings one to realize the importance of giving everything a try. Indeed, no one is born to be a perfect chef, but we can try, learn, and succeed.
