I think it is time for volunteer(s) who can translate this video to the English youtube community.
From my channel, the youtube statistic shows that there are around 8% of audience from Hong Kong, plus some viewers in overseas are Cantonese Chinese. I believe within all this population, there are numbers of people who are bilingual, either able to read and write in English from Cantonese.
Here I am seeking volunteer(s) who are willing dedicate his/her time to take half of my video workload. As you may or may not know that pre and post video production spend me most of the time, and additional video subtitle even 10 time more, then the result is: you need to wait longer for next video !
In youtube, there is a feature called Community contributions which allows viewers to contribute translated titles, descriptions, and subtitles/CC.
I will credit you on my page here if you can able to do the translation part, no matter how long or short, correct content or grammar mistake, then I am sure the community will appreciate you.
Because of you, then I can keep doing project walk tour around Hong Kong to capture and document the city as many as I can.
However, if no volunteer show up all time, then I have to apologize you first that I will add the subtitle in sentence by sentence when time is available.

HK has capacity to welcome more tourists (17.1.2014)
Hong Kong has the capacity to receive the more than 70 million visitor arrivals expected annually from 2017, Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So says.
Speaking at a press conference on 2014 Policy Address initiatives under his bureau's purview today, Mr So said a recently completed Government assessment suggests the city can handle those tourists, although hotel rooms will be in tight supply.
The number of hotel rooms in the city is expected to increase from the current 68,000 to 84,000 in 2017, he said, adding the Government would take steps to increase this number.
Given Hong Kong is small and densely populated, we cannot afford to put all our precious land resources into developing tourism facilities. We will therefore make good use of our resources to attract visitors belonging to the high value-added segments to visit Hong Kong, Mr So said, adding these include visitors coming to the city for meetings and exhibitions.
The Government spares no effort in ensuring that people's livelihood will not be much affected by the growth in visitor arrivals.
The goal, he said, is to attract Mainland visitors in an appropriate and orderly manner, based on Hong Kong's economic and social situation. ( )

旅遊事務署今日(十二月二十日)宣布，已列入健力士世界紀錄的「幻彩詠香江」，將於十二月二十三日(星期五)晚上八時再度刷新世界紀錄。屆時，匯演第二期正式展開，範圍涵蓋維港兩岸三十三幢建築物。
為慶祝這項盛事，匯演將於十二月二十三、二十四及三十一日加插特別設計的海上煙火表演。
此外，「幻彩詠香江」攝影比賽，亦將於全新匯演啟動同時至二○○六年一月二十三日舉行。
觀眾可於港島及九龍海旁觀賞全新製作的「幻彩詠香江」。尖沙咀星光大道及灣仔金紫荊廣場海濱長廊都是最佳的觀賞地點，並會即場以英語（星期一、三、五）、普通話（星期二、四、六）及廣東話（星期日）廣播全新旁述及配樂。
觀眾亦可選擇收聽電台：FM 103.4MHz（英語）、FM 106.8 MHz（廣東話）或FM 107.9 MHz（普通話）；或用手機收聽：35-665-665（英語）、35-665-668（普通話）。

The Tourism Commission announced today (December 20) that its Guinness World Records winning A Symphony of Lights will be after another world record at 8pm on Friday (December 23) when Phase II of the show is launched with the participation of 33 buildings on both sides of the Victoria Harbour.
To mark this important occasion, the show will be enhanced with specially designed pyrotechnic displays on the sea on December 23, 24 and 31.
There will also be a photo competition for the new show from inauguration to January 23, 2006.
Spectators can watch the new show on Hong Kong and Kowloon waterfront. The best viewing locations include the Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui and the Promenade at Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai where the new soundtrack is broadcast in different languages: English on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Putonghua on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; and Cantonese on Sunday.
Spectators may also listen to the soundtrack via radio by tuning in to FM 103.4 MHz (English), FM 106.8 MHz (Cantonese) or FM 107.9 MHz Putonghua); or via their mobile phones by dialing 35-665-665 (English) or 35-665-668 (Putonghua).
The new show comprises five major themes, taking spectators on a unique journey celebrating the energy, spirit and diversity of Hong Kong:
- The first scene Awakening begins with flashes of laser lights that give life to a nucleus of light-energy which gradually illuminates participating buildings using an array of dancing lights and rainbow colour. This scene symbolises the genesis and powerful growth of Hong Kong.
- The second scene Energy is represented by the display of rising colour patterns and the sweeping of the lasers and searchlights energetically across the night sky, signifying the vibrant energy of Hong Kong.
- In the third scene Heritage, traditional lucky red and gold colours are displayed across buildings on both sides of the harbour, complemented by the introduction of music using Chinese musical instruments, symbolising Hong Kong's colourful heritage and rich cultural traditions.
- The fourth scene Partnership features a display of laser beams and sweeping searchlights scanning across the harbour, representing an illuminated connection with the opposite side. Beams reach out to symbolically connect the two sides of the Harbour into one greater and unified partnership.
-The finale Celebration brings out a powerful rhythmic display of swirling, kaleidoscopic patterns of lights and beams dancing lively across the Harbour. The exciting final scene signifies the celebration of the close partnership between the two sides of the harbour and represents an even brighter future for Asia's World City – Hong Kong.

CE promotes HK in Japan (1.11.2018)
Chief Executive Carrie Lam today encouraged Japanese businesses in Tokyo to explore Mainland and overseas markets through Hong Kong.
Mrs Lam attended a breakfast meeting with Japanese business leaders and briefed them on the latest developments in Hong Kong, and the opportunities brought about by the Belt & Road Initiative and the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Later, Mrs Lam attended the Think Global, Think Hong Kong symposium organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) with 1,500 participants from the political and business sectors.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Mrs Lam said Hong Kong and Japan have long had frequent exchanges in areas such as commerce, tourism, culture and education.
She said Hong Kong is the best place to do business with its unique advantage of one country, two systems, unparalleled knowledge of the Mainland market and deep connections with the world.
The Chief Executive welcomed Japanese businesses to partner with Hong Kong to jointly seize the huge opportunities presented by the Belt & Road Initiative and the development of the bay area.
After the symposium, she witnessed the signing of memoranda of understanding on trade and fintech by the HKTDC, the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation and the Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company with their Japanese counterparts.
At noon, Mrs Lam had a luncheon with representatives from universities, research and development institutions and businesses in relation to innovation and technology.
She introduced to them the resources allocated and measures rolled out to promote I&T development in Hong Kong, including the establishment of two research clusters on healthcare technologies and on artificial intelligence and robotics technologies, enhanced tax deductions, smart city development, re-industrialisation and the implementation of schemes to attract talents.
Mrs Lam then met Chairman of the Japan Business Federation Hiroaki Nakanishi.
She thanked the federation for its support for Hong Kong over the years and said she hopes it will continue to promote co-operation between the two places.
Mrs Lam later attended an activity to promote tourism in the bay area organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
The activity introduces tourist attractions in Hong Kong and the cities in the bay area as well as Hong Kong's latest infrastructure to the Japanese public.
Speaking at the activity, Mrs Lam said with the commissioning of the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, tourists will find making short day trips to Hong Kong’s neighbouring cities much more convenient.
She invited Japanese visitors to Hong Kong to make good use of the new infrastructure when planning their trips.
Mrs Lam then visited a cheongsam exhibition organised by the Hong Kong Arts Centre and spoke with participating Hong Kong designers to learn about how they find inspiration in literature, fine art and Chinese culture to design cheongsams with unique features.
In the evening, Mrs Lam met Japan's Minister of Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries Takamori Yoshikawa.
Hong Kong has been Japan's largest export market for food and agricultural products over the years, she said, adding this shows the love of Japanese gourmet food by Hong Kong people.
She added Hong Kong authorities will closely monitor the situation of the import of Japanese food and maintain close communication with Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries to ensure food safety and safeguard public health.
At the Think Global, Think Hong Kong dinner, she introduced to the guests the close relationship between Hong Kong and Japan and the areas for future co-operation between the two places.

Delivering his 2016-17 Budget today, Financial Secretary John Tsang said the tourism industry must move towards diversified and quality-driven high value-added services to attract more high-spending overnight visitors to Hong Kong.
Licence fees for travel agents, hotels, guesthouses, restaurants and hawkers will be waived for one year, costing $140 million.
In the medium term, Mr Tsang will allocate $240 million on five fronts to boost Hong Kong’s attractiveness.
The scale of major events will be boosted this year, including holding the Formula E Championship for the first time in Hong Kong, while promotion efforts on Hong Kong’s natural scenery, history and culture will be continued.
The Government will subsidise small and medium travel agents to make use of information technology to boost the industry’s competitiveness, and will help it to open up new visitor sources.
The Tourism Board will repackage Hong Kong’s tourism image with new promotional videos, launch a new round of promotions for short‑haul markets, and step up publicity on the Mainland for quality and honest tours.
In the long term, tourism infrastructure will be upgraded, including a new themed area and a new hotel at Hong Kong Disneyland, and a new hotel and Water World at Ocean Park.
The Government will continue to prepare tourism projects in Kai Tak and on Lantau Island. Design work for conference facilities above the proposed Sha Tin to Central Link Exhibition Station is also underway.
Mr Tsang said the food truck pilot scheme has attracted wide interest from the community, adding he will increase the number of designated spaces for the food trucks to 16, to enhance tourist attractions and enrich the local food culture. (
new version of A Symphony of Lights & Winter version of Hong Kong Pulse Light Show unveiled by HKTB
Two spectacular light shows over Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour -- the new version of the internationally acclaimed nightly multi-media light show A Symphony of Light and the winter version of the Hong Kong Pulse Light Show -- unveiled on 1st December 2017. The two world-class shows, best viewed from the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, will brighten up Hong Kong's Christmas with dynamic lighting effects and the illusion of an icy atmosphere at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.
The new version of A Symphony of Lights features dynamic rays of light sent out in rhythm from 40 buildings and locations on both sides of the Victoria Harbour. The new show incorporates a variety of exciting lighting effects such as coloured searchlights, lasers, and all-new beam lights sent out like a special fan-shaped lighting effect from the roof of the Central Government Offices and the Revenue Tower. Ten LED panels on a number of harbourside buildings are for the first time joining the multi-media show, displaying images and messages to encourage audience participation.
The show is complemented by music from Asia's leading classical orchestra the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, providing visitors with a thrilling and unforgettable sound-and-light experience. The 10-minute show begins at 8pm every evening.
Immediately after A Symphony of Lights, the winter version of Hong Kong Pulse Light Show begins at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. Spectators can view it from the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Piazza. The 3D projection show begins with a snowstorm which covers the Hong Kong Cultural Centre in snow and ice and blows away the numbers on the Clock Tower, stopping time just before Christmas arrives.
An ingenious dragon then sets out to find the missing numbers which are scattered across Hong Kong landmarks. The dragon eventually finds them and restarts time to save Christmas. During the show, the piazza is decorated with snowing effect along with glowing LED balls and a giant crystal ball. The 8-minute performance runs from 1st to 28th December 2017.

Hong Kong Disneyland is a major, strategic tourism investment. And a successful one. Since its opening in 2005, Disneyland has received over 58 million visitors, as well as coveted awards from the Themed Entertainment Association and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions.
And Disneyland has continued to introduce new attractions and offerings – the Fairy Tale Forest, Hyperspace Mountain and, of course, the Iron Man Experience. As you will discover, this is truly a Hong Kong ride – not very often that you get to fly over Tsing Ma Bridge, Victoria Harbour and a few of our mountain ranges, while fighting alongside the Iron Man to save our city.
Beyond the Marvel superhero, the Walt Disney Company and the Government will continue to bring more fantastic offerings to the Hong Kong Disneyland. Just last month, we announced the expansion and development plan for Disneyland, with new attractions rolling out starting from 2018.
