Lan Kwai Fong is one of Hong Kong’s most popular nightlife spot.
There are many large clubs and restaurants and bars.
About 5 mins walk from MTR CENTRAL STATION.
Train finishes around midnight, but there is mini bus running to MONG KOK area until morning.
TAXI is also available but mini bus is way cheaper.
So if you stay in MONG KOK or TSIM SHA TSUI area check where the mini bus is departing before getting drunk.
It`s near the train station exit.
Protesters plan Halloween-themed mask protest in Hong Kong's Lan Kwai Fong party district
On Oct 31, Hong Kong protesters marched to Lan Kwai Fong, a busy bar and clubbing
district located in Central. It is the first time they have targeted the party district in five
months of protests. The march coincided with Halloween celebrations. Protesters had
been circulating downloadable masks to be used in defiance of the ban on face coverings.
Hong Kong police have banned the march and ramped up security in preparation for
possible clashes. Around 3,000 riot officers and three water cannons have been deployed.

Hong Kong police have fired tear gas at protesters in Lan Kwai Fong, a busy bar and
clubbing district located in Central. It is the first time protesters have targeted the party
district in five months of protests. The march coincided with Halloween celebrations. The
aim was to protest against a ban on face masks, which has not been adhered to so far.

Hong Kong pub crawl in Lan Kwai Fong
It's been about a year since I was last in Hong Kong, (even though HK is close by, it's like stepping from China into London, HK and the Mainland are like day and night) I had to meet up with my good friend Tyrone (the slow cyclist from the Zhuhai trip) so that we could get some business out of the way.. but after work we headed down to Lan Kwai Fong (a famous drinking area in HK, apparently you can bump into HK movie stars and singers etc here.. but I never have) for a pub crawl, it was a Thrusday so it wasn't too crowded.. and well.. I drink perhaps a bit too much.. on the upside, a beer promotion girl gave me her number ;)
