MetroPlaza is one of the major shopping malls in Kwai Fong, opposite the MTR Kwai Fung Station. The mall is high and covers an area of 540,000 square feet. It is the largest shopping mall in Kwai Chung.
In 2002, the mall began a major renovation project. In addition to the renovation inside the mall, the open-air plaza in the center of the mall was also renovated and a children's playground was added. On May 24, 2006, the footbridge between the MetroPlaza and the MTR Kwai Fong Station was completed with the E exit, which increased the flow of people in the MetroPlaza.
If you go to Kwai Fong, MetroPlaza is one of the places you have to go. You can eat, shopping, watching a movie, or do whatever you want there.
It's only a few minutes walk from the MTR Kwai Fung Station.

this day i went off with Anna to visit Kwai Fong's Kwai Chung plaza, highly recommend if even Mong Kok shopping isn't enough for you XD it's huge and you can basically spend all day there if you want to see everything! they even have street food everywhere so you don't get hungry whilst you shop, it's win-win! lol
then we ate at the well-known Social Place which has super cute food, namely their buns! and those MUSHROOM BUNS! they look so real! but it's filled with.. mushroom filling inside hahaha. it was yummy and worth visiting!

The third floor is filled with restaurants and food stalls. There is a large diversity of restaurants, such as Sichuan sour and spicy noodle, Japanese pancakes, local food like fishball and indomie and grim.
There are two popular food stalls among youngsters and are worth visiting. Firstly, the ice-cream shop YUMMY MUMMY, opened for years selling ice-cream and sweets which ice-cream is its signature at a low price.
Another famous shop is the beverage shop 鮮果園 which offers numerous flavours of mixed drinks and fresh juice. Despite the small local food stalls, there are some chain restaurants, for instance, Yoshinoya and Tam Jai SamGor Mixian.
Moreover, there are boutiques on the third floor too. Like the other floors, it is divided into small parts of shopping areas, namely Modern World, Top World and Fashion New Field. They all sell trendy clothing which most of their target customers are teenage girls and office ladies.
Furthermore, there are other types of shops on the third floor too. In Modern World, there are several beauty parlors. Most of them provide nail cosmetology. There are two salons using the same gimmick of quick haircut within 10 minutes. Also, there is a Chinese clinic.
