VA Portland Homeless
Tens of thousands of chronically homeless Veterans are now finding reliable long-term shelter thanks to an emergency housing assistance program called Hud-Vash.
Born of a partnership between VA and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Hud-Vash aims to provide housing vouchers to Veterans in distress wherever they may be.
And- while the program is national in scope- VA is also working with local partners to see how HUD-VASH can be made to work even more effectively.

Downtown Character - Portland, Oregon
With almost 600,000 people, Portland, Oregon is a fairly big city, but its downtown feels smaller and is quite walkable. And walking around Portland is the best way to see it. There are a lot of small touches that give downtown Portland a lot of character, from pocket parks to plentiful street art to a handful of quirks, a sampling of which are shown here.

I have had my disagreements with Mr. Hoffa and they continue, and I have had my disagreements with Mr. Bridges and they continue. But I want the support, if I can get it, of the members of the Teamsters Union and the Longshoremen's Union, because I believe that the things we can work for in the Congress are in the interest of the members of those unions, even though I may not agree with those that head it up. My quarrel with them may continue. But I want to make it very clear that I welcome the support of the members of those two unions.

We can all see what happened in the video, what started out as an interview turned into the white man first lying on the black man, and then calling the police. These tactics are very typical traits and behaviors of Caucasians all across the United States.
Caucasians Seem to think that they're the smartest in the world, but as we can see from the video their rise to fame came by stealing land, rape, murder, and under handed business tactics. AN ACT
Relating to unlawfully summoning a police officer.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. (1) A person may bring a civil action for damages against any person who
knowingly causes a police officer to arrive at a location to contact another person with the
intent to:
(a) Infringe on the other person’s rights under the Oregon or United States Constitutions;
(b) Unlawfully discriminate against the other person;
(c) Cause the other person to feel harassed, humiliated or embarrassed;
(d) Cause the other person to be expelled from a place in which the other person is lawfully located; or
(e) Damage the other person’s:
(A) Reputation or standing within the community; or
(B) Financial, economic, consumer or business prospects or interests.
(2) Upon prevailing in an action under this section, the plaintiff may recover:
(a) The greater of:
(A) Special and general damages, including damages for emotional distress; or
(B) Statutory damages of $250 against each defendant found liable under this section; and
(b) Punitive damages.
(3) The court may award reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing plaintiff in an action
under this section.
(4) A civil action under this section:
(a) May be brought in the small claims department of a circuit court if the total damages
do not exceed the jurisdictional limit of the small claims department.
(b) Does not affect a right or remedy available under any other law of this state.
