Llangynog railway station was the western terminus station of the Tanat Valley Light Railway in Llangynog, Powys, Wales. The station opened in 1904 and closed for passengers in 1951 and completely in 1952. The station had a single platform and a run round loop with sidings serving a goods yard on the north side. The site is now occupied by a caravan park.

1. Portmeirion Village Portmeirion
Portmeirion is a tourist village in Gwynedd, North Wales. It was designed and built by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis between 1925 and 1975 in the style of an Italian village, and is now owned by a charitable trust. The village is located in the community of Penrhyndeudraeth, on the estuary of the River Dwyryd, 2 miles south east of Porthmadog, and 1 mile from Minffordd railway station. Portmeirion has served as the location for numerous films and television shows, and was The Village in the 1960s television show The Prisoner.

Half an Hour at (133) - Tanat Valley Light Railway 11.9.2015 - Class 107 DMU - Cab ride - Oswestry

An interesting visit to the Tanat Valley Light Railway, where their class 107 DMU was in operation. The line runs for about half mile at Nantmawr Limekilns near Oswestry. A visit is highly recommended as we were made very welcome. The video includes one trip filmed from the cab and one from inside. This actual train was in service on the BR Scottish Region, and still retains network maps from the Glasgow area.
