In this episode of Bus Life NZ we wake up in Pukenui, New Zealand after leaving Cape Reinga the evening before and driving into the night through a storm. Amber & the kids check out the farm animals at the campground we stayed at and then we hit the road and end up in Kaitaia, and spend the day doing washing and relaxing after a long couple of days driving. We sleep in a car park and then awake the next day and make the decision to abandon our plans to drive down the western side of the coast due to there being no free camping. So we make a beeline for Whangarei and spend a long rainy day on the road.
