Baarlo is a town in the southeastern Netherlands. It is located in the municipality of Peel en Maas, Limburg, about 6 km southwest of Venlo. In 2001, Baarlo had 5199 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 1.25 km², and contained 1912 residences.

1. Zuiderzee Museum (Zuiderzeemuseum) Enkhuizen
The Zuiderzee Museum, located on Wierdijk in the historic center of Enkhuizen, is a Dutch museum devoted to preserving the cultural heritage and maritime history from the old Zuiderzee region. With the closing of the Afsluitdijk on May 28, 1932, the Zuiderzee was split in two parts: the waters below the Afsluitdijk are now called the IJsselmeer, while the waters north of it are called the Waddenzee.

Sandton IJsselhotel Deventer

The luxurious Sandton IJsselhotel Deventer is established in a classical mansion on the banks of the river IJssel. The city centre of Deventer can be easily reached by the ferry service. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and comfortably decorated rooms.
