Brecht is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality comprises the towns of Brecht proper, Sint-Job-in-'t-Goor and Sint-Lenaarts. On January 1, 2006 Brecht had a total population of 26,464. The total area is 90.84 km² which gives a population density of 291 inhabitants per km². Brecht is a fast-growing municipality in the north of the Antwerp province, near the Dutch border. Noorderkempen, a railway station on the HSL 4, opened on 15 June 2009.

1. Walibi Belgium Wavre
Walibi Belgium, formerly Walibi Wavre and then Six Flags Belgium, is a Belgian theme park located in Wavre, close to Brussels. During the 1998 to 2004 period, it was owned by Six Flags, Inc, an American theme park operator. It was later sold to Palamon Capital Partners. As of 2006, the park is owned and operated, along with Paris' Parc Astérix, by CDA Parks . The Walibi name comes from the mix of Wavre, Limal and Bièrges, three towns in the Belgian province of Walloon Brabant, where the park is situated.

2. Bobbejaanland Lichtaart
Bobbejaanland is a theme park in Lichtaart, Belgium. The park was founded by Bobbejaan Schoepen, a Flemish singer, guitarist, and entertainer who enjoyed international popularity in the fifties and early sixties. In 1959 he bought a 30 hectare marsh, had it drained and built a 1000 capacity venue that opened in December 1961 as Bobbejaanland. This developed into an amusement park and remained in his possession until he sold it in 2004.

Road Trip - Swiss Alps, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands December 2017

This is a time lapse video of my road trip from Montreux, Switzerland in the Swiss Alps (Freddy Mercury lived there) through France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and then to Leiden in the Netherlands. I hit a nasty blizzard coming out of the mountains in Luxembourg and had some sketchy spots, but all in all a good trip. I wish I would have set this up for the first half as I went a different route and there would have been some amazing footage of Paris at night and driving through the notorious Parisian traffic circles.

NL Trip - Part 1 Driving to The Netherlands

This is the first part of my trip to the Netherlands.

I drove from Malmoe (Sweden) via Denmark and north Germany into the Netherlands, aiming for Amsterdam. It took almost 12 hours to get there.

The reason for going was to meet up with awesome Youtubers and friends.
