Crowne Plaza Hotel in Rome - Italy - an IHG hotel

Crown Plaza Hotel in Rome is an IHG hotel around 10 minutes from the Vatican and 15 minutes from the main sights in Rome.

With bad water pressure, really poor internet connectivity, lousy attitude from most of the staff, and an overcrowded pool area, I cannot recommend this IHG Hotel. It might be good for large groups and charter tourists, but that's about it.

Their paid shuttle bus is an ok feature, convenient if you just want to go either to the Vatican or the main sights in the centre of Rome. But know that taxis to/from are equally inexpensive and much more convenient.

Crown Plaza Hotel in Rome will not likely be on my list of places to stay in Rome. But you may have a different experience than me. So doesn't hurt to give this hotel a go.

Moreover, the IHG App doesn't help IHG customers much. But that is a different story.

Biking to Campi Bisenzio Tuscany Italy
