Cass City is a village in Tuscola County in the Flint/Tri-Cities area of the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 2,428 at the 2010 U.S. Census and 2,643 at the 2000 U.S. Census . It is located along M-81 approximately four miles west of that highway's intersection with M-53. Cass City is surrounded by several communities including Colwood, Deford, Elmwood and Ellington.

    Sanilac Petroglyphs Historic State Park is a state park in Michigan containing Michigan's only known rock carvings attributable to Native American Indians. The park consists of 240 acres in Greenleaf Township, Sanilac County, in Michigan's Lower Peninsula. There is concern that without preservation, the carvings may be worn further away and lost. The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.

    Dow Diamond is a Minor League baseball stadium located in Midland, Michigan. It is the home of the Single-A Great Lakes Loons of the Midwest League. The Loons are affiliated with the Los Angeles Dodgers. The stadium is located near Buttles, Ellsworth and State streets in Midland. The Dow Chemical Company, whose world headquarters are in Midland, donated the land for the stadium and also purchased the naming rights to the facility in 2006. The stadium name is a reference to both Dow's logo and that diamond is a slang term for a baseball field.
