Crawley Town Football Club is a professional association football club based in the town of Crawley, West Sussex, England. The team play in League Two, the fourth tier of the English football league system. The club's home ground is at Broadfield Stadium. First promoted to the Football Conference in 2004, the club survived a financial crisis to win promotion to the Football League in the 2010–11 season. In the same year they reached the fifth round of the FA Cup, where they lost to Manchester United 1–0.

    Crawley is a town and borough in West Sussex, England. It is 28 miles south of Charing Cross , 18 miles north of Brighton and Hove, and 32 miles north-east of the county town of Chichester. Crawley covers an area of 17.36 square miles and had a population of 106,597 at the time of the 2011 Census. The area has been inhabited since the Stone Age, and was a centre of ironworking in Roman times. Crawley developed slowly as a market town from the 13th century, serving the surrounding villages in the Weald. Its location on the main road from London to Brighton brought passing trade, which encouraged the development of coaching inns. A rail link to London opened in 1841.
