The Domain of the Caves of Han

Crupet is a village in Wallonia, Belgium. It is part of the municipality of Assesse, although formerly it was itself a municipality. It is a member of the organisation Les Plus Beaux Villages de Wallonie . The centre of the village is dominated by the Grotto of St Anthony of Padua. The grotto was designed by the local curate Gerard and inaugurated on 12 July 1903. It features 22 religious-themed statues. Many of them depict scenes from the life of St Anthony of Padua. The Castle of Crupet, a medieval farm-chateau is situated below the village centre, and a little to the north, next to the river. The postal code of Crupet is 5332.

Pairi Daiza is a privately owned zoo and botanical garden located in Brugelette in the province of Hainaut, Belgium. The 65-hectare large animal theme park is located on the site of the former Cistercian Cambron Abbey, and is home to over 4,000 animals. The name is taken from the Avestan word pairi daēza, which is the source of the [Persian language] word paradise. Pairi Daiza is owned and operated by Pairi Daiza Belgium SA, a limited company previously listed on NYSE Alternext Brussels . It is a member of the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria , and participates in the European Endangered Species Programme .

OMMEGANG || Jousting & Renaissance Village in Royal Park, Brussels

Ommegang is a historical re-enactment of the 2nd of June 1549 festivities, given in honour of the Emperor Charles V “Quint”. Besides the grand event in Grand Place and a grand procession, Ommegang also offers the chance to travel back to Renaissance time in a village recreated in the Royal Park. Artisans reveal the secrets of their craft and knights show their skills in jousting tournaments.
