Driving Scenic US 1 Through Maine: Damariscotta to Rockland
The scenic drive continues on US Highway 1 through coastal Maine. This drive takes you from charming Damariscotta to Rockland.

I made this trip in early October, 2016. Video shot with a Brinno TLC-200 Pro time-lapse camera, mounted on my roof with a homemade magnetic case. I travel with two Brinno cameras - one facing forward, the other in reverse. Sometimes the reverse camera captures better video (fewer raindrops and bugs hit the rear-view lens).

Maine Trip: Roads and Places
Taking a hint from BrianWest58, here is my short edit of some of the places I saw and visited on my 6 day ride through VT, NH, Maine, NY Adirondacks.
Boothbay Harbor, Maine (USA)
Boothbay Harbor, Maine (USA). This is one of the most lovely seaside, well actually bayside towns on the east coast of America, well at least from New England. Harborside is more accurate but that is likely not a word! That says a lot and although just my opinion, Boothbay Harbor is certainly worth a visit if your heading up to Maine along it's vast, rocky coastline.
