Firenzuola is a comune in the Metropolitan City of Florence in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 40 kilometres northeast of Florence. Firenzuola borders the following municipalities: Barberino di Mugello, Borgo San Lorenzo, Castel del Rio, Castiglione dei Pepoli, Monghidoro, Monterenzio, Palazzuolo sul Senio, San Benedetto Val di Sambro, Scarperia. The medieval jurist Giovanni d'Andrea was born in the frazione of Rifredo around 1270.

1. Museo Ferrari Maranello
Museo Ferrari is a Ferrari company museum dedicated to the Ferrari sports car marque. The museum is not purely for cars; also on view are trophies, photographs and other historical objects relating to the Italian motor racing industry. The exhibition also introduces technological innovations, some of which had made the transition from racing cars to road cars. It is located just 300 m from the Ferrari factory in Ferrari's home town of Maranello, near Modena, Italy. The museum first opened in February 1990, with a new wing being added in October 2004. Ferrari itself has run the museum since 1995. The total surface area is now 2,500 square metres. I am going to show you two Florence markets today: San Lorenzo market and mercato centrale or central market. San Lorenzo is an outdoor market while mercato centrale is a great indoor market for fresh produce. At San Lorenzo market, you can find bargains for leather goods. In San Lorenzo market, you can also buy famous Florentine paper. Be sure to bargain hard and watch your backs as it can get crowded. In San Lorenzo market, there is a wide range of pashminas and scarves. No matter what you are looking for, always check the quality. Though the prices are good, sometimes the quality is not so good. Be careful and watch.

On to central market now. Since it is an indoor market, lots of visitors miss it. But as you will see, it is a fantastic place to buy fresh produce and the building is right here in San Lorenzo market. The market has two floors. Generally, fruits and vegetables are on the second floor and cheeses, meats, etc. are on the lower floor. You can even buy some homemade pasta.
