Granvin is a municipality in Hordaland county, Norway. The municipality is located in the traditional district of Hardanger. The administrative centre of Granvin is the village of Eide, which is also called Granvin. About half of the residents of the municipality live in the municipal centre. The rest live in the rural valley areas surrounding the Granvin Fjord or the lake Granvinsvatnet in the central part of the municipality. Espeland Falls is a 75-metre tall waterfall located in the Espeland Valley in the municipality of Granvin in Hordaland county, Norway. The falls are located just above large Lake Espeland , near the border of Granvin and neighboring municipality of Ulvik.Due to an urban legend, Espeland Falls is sometimes erroneously claimed to be 2,307 feet tall. One theory is that the erroneous information may have originated from a misunderstanding of the concept Meters of Head in relation to the development of the Espeland River for hydropower. Another theory is that there may have been a mixup with Skrikjofossen in Lofthus, Ullensvang, a 455 m waterfall located about 60 km south of Espeland Falls.

Trolltunga is a rock formation situated about 1,100 metres above sea level in the municipality of Odda in Hordaland county, Norway. The special cliff is jutting horizontally out from the mountain, into free air about 700 metres above the north side of the lake Ringedalsvatnet.Popularity of the hike to Trolltunga and rock formation itself has exploded in recent years. The increased popularity has turned Trolltunga into a national icon and a major tourist attraction for the region. Until 2010, less than 800 people hiked to Trolltunga each year. In 2016 more than 80,000 people hiked the 27 kilometres round-trip from Skjeggedal, making it one of Norway's most popular hikes.

Steinsdalsfossen is a waterfall in the village of Steine in the municipality of Kvam in Hordaland county, Norway. The waterfall is located about 2 kilometres west of the large village of Norheimsund which sits along the Hardangerfjorden.The waterfall is one of the most visited tourist sites in Norway. From the parking lot, the path goes along the waterfall, up a hill, and behind it where visitors can walk dryshod into the rumbling water. Steinsdalsfossen is 46 metres high, with a main drop of 20 metres , and has the greatest volume when the snow melts in May and June. Steinsdalsfossen is part of the Fosselva river that comes from the water of the lake Myklavatnet, located 814 metres above sea level in the mountains above the waterfall.

Vøringfossen is the 83rd highest waterfall in Norway on the basis of total fall. It lies at the top of Måbødalen in the municipality of Eidfjord, in Hordaland, not far from Highway 7, which connects Oslo with Bergen. It has a total drop of 182 meters, and a major drop of 163 meters. It is perhaps the most famous in the country and a major tourist attraction on the way down from Hardangervidda to Hardangerfjord.The name Vøringfossen is derived from the verb vyrða . The last element fossen, the definite form of foss , is a later addition.

(4K) NORWAY: A northern journey through Trolltunga & Bergen

Norway is one of the freshest journey I have been. Between storms and ice into the fjord, all the landscape of this country worth the time to visit. Trolltunga is by far the best hike I took. A long time of walk but the view on the top of the rock will make you forget all the rest. Bergen is one of the rainiest city in the world but if you take time to feel the city, Bergen is a charming destination.
