10 SAFETY TIPS FOR BARCELONA - Like any major city, when visiting Barcelona, it is important to be careful with your belongings. In general Barcelona is a safe city and most tourists are able to visit without any problems at all. However, you may have heard stories of Barcelona’s famous pickpockets. Getting your valuables stolen on holiday can always be a bit of a nightmare and leave an unpleasant taste in your mouth. But all of this can easily be avoided if you follow our simple guide of safety tips.

Montserrat, the Basilica - Barcelona - Spain
Situated 38 km from Barcelona, near the towns of Manresa and Igualada, the unusual and graceful massif of Montserrat rises in the center of Catalonia to 1,236 meters above sea level.
The privileged site of the mountain, its steep rock formations and its silence soon attracted Christians, who led a life of prayer and penitence.

Cervera es la capital de la Segarra Lleida Catalunya, y se localiza entre el collado de Les Savines y la ribera de Ondara, en la provincia de Lleida.La localidad desarrolla una gran actividad comercial, industrial y de servicios, especialmente relacionada con la agricultura. También es centro de una intensa vida cultural y artística, que se plasma fundamentalmente en la Casa-museu Duran i Sanpere, en los Cursos Internacionales de Música y en las tradicionales representaciones de la Pasión.

Cuenta con la universidad de Cervera que fue construida después de la Guerra de sucesión 1714, después de cerrar varias universidades en Cataluña Felipe V con el decreto de nueva planta.

El Castell de Sant Martí de Tous (960), és actualment un gran casal fortificat, que conserva l'esquema arquitectònic medieval en la planta baixa, però que ha patit moltes modificacions amb incorporacions del gòtic i posteriors restauracions. Si bé és cert que el castell ha marcat el pols de la població durant segles, l'entorn ofereix interessants visites des de l'embassament inaugurat, fins a l'ermita de Sant Pere de l'Erm (s. XI), el nucli antic o la Fou.

Si bien es cierto que el castillo ha marcado el pulso de la población durante siglos, el entorno ofrece interesantes visitas desde el actual embalse hasta la ermita de Sant Pere de l'Erm (s. xi), el casco antiguo o el salto de agua de La Fou.

Whilst it is true that the castle has marked the course of the village's history for centuries, its surroundings also offer other spots worth visiting, from the 11th-centry sanctuary of Sant Pere de l'Erm, to the Old Town and La Fou.

S'il est vrai que le château marqua le pouls de la localité pendant des siècles, son environnement n'en est pas moins dénué de sites d'intérêt, depuis le bassin relativement récent jusqu'à l'ermitage Sant Pere de l'Erm (xie siècle), le centre historique ou le torrent de la Fou.

RERCORRIENDO LA RIVERA DEL RIO LLOBREGAT A LA ALTURA DE CORNELLA Y SANT BOI DE LLOBREGAT
Caminar por la rivera del Rio Llobregat, es todo un privilegio, teniendo en cuenta todo lo que las administraciones, han hecho por rescatar este Rio de ser un vertedero y desembocadura de aguas servidas.
Ver sus rincones y los diferentes parajes de flora y fauna, que reserva según el tramo que se vaya recorriendo junto al rio, es fascinante.
Pasar por debajo de torres de alta tensión, por camino asfaltado, por campos de cultivo, flora silvestre propia de la zona, hasta llegar casi a su desembocadura hacia el mar, y ves como a lo largo de un kilómetro, la fuerza del mar mediterráneo, empuja sus aguas contra la corriente de ésta época aparentemente débil del río, es todo un espectáculo.
Invito a hacer el recorrido desde el parque Agrario de Cornellá de Llobregat, y disfrutar de la naturaleza puesta a nuestra disposición para valorarla y cuidarla.
