Lasne is a Walloon municipality in the Belgian province of Walloon Brabant, south east of Brussels. In 2008, Lasne had a population of 14,043. The total area is 47.22 km² which gives a population density of 297 inhabitants per km². Lasne is the richest municipality in Wallonia, measured by the average taxable income of the inhabitants. It also has the lowest local taxes of any municipality in Belgium. 在布魯塞爾南20公里，有一片起伏的開闊地，是著名的滑鐵盧古戰場，1815年法國拿破崙慘敗的地方，經過僅有24小時的殊死搏鬥，法方損失了2.7萬人，聯軍2.2萬人，死傷相當慘重，而拿破崙戰敗，也因此被流放到大西洋上的聖赫勒拿島。在古戰場的發生地，當年獲勝的英國威靈頓公爵命人用戰場上的廢鐵鑄成一尊重28噸的雄獅。如今的古戰場上旁建有很多紀念館，遊客經常去的是建於1826年的獅子山，高50公尺，登226級臺階，就可以俯瞰整個古戰場的全景。而獅子山下有餐廳，我們就在裏面享用新鮮的烤鱒魚餐(roast Salmo playtcephalus)，鱒魚為高冷性淡水魚類，喜歡生活在6℃~13℃的冷水域，其肉質鮮嫩，素有『魚者之尊』的稱號。我很喜歡餐廳熬煮的濃湯，湯頭濃郁卻又清爽滑順，而鱒魚烤的香氣四溢，是去到歐洲比利時所享用的特色風味餐。
