In this video:

During World War II, Nazi engineers designed and built a number of revolutionary super or “wonder weapons” (wunderwaffe), including a wide array of aircraft, guns and ships. Among these weapons is a mysterious small, round tank named the Kugelpanzer (literally meaning “spherical tank”). This odd little tank was never seen in the European theater, and very little is definitively known about its purpose.

Russian politician Zhirinovsky speaks about dogs law (English subs)

I know it's been a while. I was super busy lately, and probably will be more buzy in near future. But I will upload videos as much as my free time will alow me.
So... In this video, Zhirinovsky speaks about various subjects, with the main subject a dog owners law, that forces dog owners to either train their dogs, or keep the on leash, or wear muzzle. The cause of this speech was an ocurrence that happened the other day. That is a pack of dogs bit to death a 9 year old boy in city of Ufa.

He spoke about various things, so in case you want to skip some, here are the timeline:
00:00-03:17 - Dog law.
03:17-04:48 - Vesting the land.
04:48-05:25 - Imperative mandate.
05:25-05:40 - Minimum wage.
05:40-05:59 - The day of reunification with Crimea.
05:59-07:20 - Day of free trade.

MW - Minimum wage.

Remarks:
1. The 1-st channel - It's a Russian channel, and let me tell you, it lives up to its name. It's the very first channel in Russia. It's broadcasting for God knows how long. And yeah, it fucking sucks. I'll leave you a link for live internet broadcasting. It's in Russian, but just in case you want to see what it looks like.

2. Imperative mandate - is a political system in which parliamentary deputies can only enact policies in accordance with concretely transmitted preference by their electors.

4. This speech he is talking about is a show he participated the day before, where guests came that were bitten by dogs, and expressed their opinions. The subject of the show was about a boy, that was bitten to death in city of Ufa, the day before, and generally about the dogs attacking people in the middle of a street. Zhirinovsky indeed promised to them, that he will raise this issue in Duma, and said that he's sure that it will be rejected as always. Also, in this show, there was a professional dog trainer, and she said that she completely agreed that dogs must be either trainer, or restrained, or put down. I don't have this show, but there is nothing interesting for non Russian citizens. This paragraph is basically sums everything up. But, if you have questions ask in comments below.
