Orissaare is a small borough in Saaremaa Parish, Saare County in western Estonia on the island of Saaremaa. Actor Ott Aardam and heptathlete Kaie Kand were born in Orissaare. An Oak growing in the middle of Orissaare stadium won the title of European Tree of the Year 2015.

1. Kopu Lighthouse Korgessaare
Kõpu Lighthouse is one of the best known symbols and tourist sights on the Estonian island of Hiiumaa. It is one of the oldest lighthouses in the world, having been in continuous use since its completion in 1531.The lighthouse marks the Hiiu Shoal and warns ships away from the shoreline. Light from Kõpu Lighthouse can be used for navigation as far as 26 nautical miles away, although in 1997 a radar lighthouse largely took over its role as navigation aid.Kõpu Lighthouse was previously known under its Swedish name, Upper Dagerort lighthouse.

Driving on Saaremaa roads in Estonia

14.08.2010 on Saaremaa island, Estonia. I made three videos with just driving on the roads, radio playing, that's the second one. As Estonians can hear and understand the very moment: there was a song playing in our national radio station Vikerraadio and they sing there that the best place to be in summertime is only Saaremaa! I asked from the driver, my colleague, how did they in Vikerraadio know that we are in Saaremaa at the moment. By the way, with direct translation Saaremaa means 'island-land'. Yea, those three days were my first ever in Saaremaa so maybe I was a bit too excited about all that, hence this video.
