Mayflower Park Hotel, Seattle *TOUR*
Hi! This is a tour of the Mayflower Park Hotel in Seattle. It is in the heart of downtown, opposite Macy's and only a minute walk to the monorail station, and it only takes 2 minutes on it to get to the space needle. It is about a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market and Hard Rock Cafe, and about 15/20 minute walk to the first Starbucks ever opened, if that is something you are interested in!

More information about the video content bellow:
1. Washington was named after President George Washington by an act of the United States Congress during the creation of Washington Territory in 1853. The territory was originally to be named Columbia, for the Columbia River and the Columbia District, but Kentucky representative Richard H. Stanton found the name too similar to the District of Columbia (the national capital, itself containing the city of Washington) and proposed naming the new territory after President Washington.
2. Washington State is 52 percent forest. The state is home to an incredibly diverse range of flora and fauna, including some of the oldest trees in the country. If you’re a lover of the great outdoors (or just fascinated by very old things), Grove of the Patriarchs trail near Mount Rainier is the perfect place to see some of the state’s oldest trees: Several are over a thousand years old and more than 25 feet in circumference.
3. If you’re hankering for a damn fine cup of coffee and a slice of cherry pie, Twede’s Cafe in North Bend has both. It’s also the cafe that was used to film the Double R Diner scenes in David Lynch’s Twin Peaks. Seattle is, of course, famous for launching the grunge movement and the careers of Nirvana, Pearl Jam, and Alice in Chains. But a wide range of musicians come from Washington, including guitar legend Jimi Hendrix, hip hop legend Sir Mix-a-Lot, and singer/actor Bing Crosby.
4. Now the biggest online retailer in America, Amazon.com was started by Jeff Bezos in a converted garage in Bellevue, just outside of Seattle, in 1994. Their move to Seattle proper marked the start of a golden era for startups in the Pacific Northwest (and in Seattle, specifically). Outside of Silicon Valley, Seattle has become one of the fastest growing tech job markets in America in recent years.
5. Nowadays, it feels like there’s a Starbucks on every street corner in America. But the company started out in 1971 with just one store in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. It remained a local establishment until the 1980s when it was purchased by Howard Shultz’s coffee company Il Giornale. It opened its first stores outside of Washington in 1987 in Chicago and Vancouver, Canada. Shultz remains CEO to this day.
6. Even though Olympia is Washington’s capital, Seattle is its most populated city. In fact, close to 60 percent of Washington residents live in the Seattle metropolitan area. In 1962, the Century 21 Expo (also known as the Seattle World’s Fair) was held in Seattle, where the Space Needle was built for the event.
7. While Washington is home to many awe-inspiring forests, the Ginkgo Petrified Tree Forest in Eastern Washington is one of the most unique. In the 1930s, highway workers digging up land for a new road found their progress hindered by pieces of fallen tree as hard as rock. These were the fossilized—or petrified—remains of ancient trees. The government decided to set the land aside for a historic preserve, and founded the Ginkgo Petrified Tree Forest, which soon became famous for its fascinating fossils, and for its Wanapum petroglyphs (Wanapum carvings dating back centuries).

Driving Downtown - Bellevue 4K - Seattle USA
Driving Downtown - Bellevue Washington USA - Season 1 Episode 18.
Starting Point: NE 8th St .
Bellevue is a city in the Eastside region of King County, Washington, United States, across Lake Washington from Seattle. As Seattle's largest suburb, Bellevue has variously been characterized as an edge city, a boomburb, or satellite city.[5][6] The city had a population of 122,363 at the 2010 census.
Prior to 2008, downtown Bellevue underwent rapid change, with many high rise projects under construction, and was relatively unaffected by the economic downturn. It is currently the second largest city center in Washington state with over 35,000 employees and 5,000 residents.[7] Based on per capita income, Bellevue is the 6th wealthiest of 522 communities in the state of Washington.[8] In 2008, Bellevue was named number 1 in CNNMoney's list of the best places to live and launch a business,[9] and in 2010 was again ranked as the 4th best place to live in America.[10] The name Bellevue is French for beautiful view.[11] In 2014, Bellevue was ranked as the 2nd best place to live by USA Today.[12]
Recurring cultural events
Bellevue is the site of the popular annual Bellevue Arts and Crafts Fair (originally Pacific Northwest Arts and Crafts Fair), held since 1947 at the end of July. The biennial Bellevue Sculpture Exhibition draws thousands of visitors to the Downtown Park to view up to 46 three-dimensional artworks from artists around the country. In celebration of its strawberry farming history, Bellevue holds an annual Strawberry Festival.[35] The Bellevue 24-Hour Relay has also been hosted every July in Bellevue Downtown Park.
Places of interest
The Bellevue Arts Museum first opened in 1975, then moved to Bellevue Square in 1983. In 2001, the museum moved into its own building, designed by Steven Holl. The museum subsequently ran into financial difficulties and was forced to close to the public in 2003. After a lengthy fundraising campaign, a remodel, and a new mission to become a national center for the fine art of craft and design, the museum reopened on June 18, 2005 with an exhibition of teapots.[36] The Rosalie Whyel Museum of Doll Art - now closed - contained one of the largest doll collections in the world—more than a thousand dolls—displayed on two floors of a Victorian-style building.[37] The KidsQuest Children's Museum is located in Marketplace @ Factoria. The museum's primary visitors are mothers and care givers with children from pre-crawlers to 12 years of age. Its 10,000-square-foot (930 m2) space houses play and discovery areas, exhibits, offices, educational activities and classroom space. Near Interstate 405 is Meydenbauer Center, a convention center that brings corporate meetings and charity events to the downtown area. Meydenbauer also includes a 410-seat theater which attracts operas, ballets, and orchestral performances.[38]
Sports and recreation
Since the 1970s, the city has taken an active role in ensuring that its commercial development does not overwhelm its natural land and water resources.[39] Today, the Bellevue Parks and Community Services Department manages more than 2,500 acres (10 km2) of parks and open spaces, including the Downtown Park and the Bellevue Botanical Garden, as well as several playgrounds, beach parks, and trails. More than 5,500 Bellevue residents participate in volunteer activities through this department annually.[40]
Bellevue was home to the American Basketball Association team, the Bellevue Blackhawks. The Blackhawks in 2005, despite being ranked 13th in the league, made it to the championship game in front of 15,000 fans in Little Rock, Arkansas.[41] The team has been inactive since 2006.[42]

Best Places to Visit in the USA
San Francisco:
San Francisco's culture has been affected by diverse ethnic groups and many social movements. The best way to get a glimpse of the City by the Bay's character is to explore its neighborhoods on foot or by cable car. From the Mission to the Castro, visitors will find various boutiques and eateries serving authentic regional cuisine like Mexican, Italian or Chinese. Just be sure to come prepared with a sturdy pair of walking shoes and some sunscreen.
Washington, D.C:
The nation's capital has a lot going for it. Iconic landmarks like the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument allow you to sightseer for days. Plus, the city's plethora of Smithsonian museums gives you plenty to do on rainy or hot days. When the weather cooperates, explore some of the District of Columbia's green spaces, such as the U.S. National Arboretum or Rock Creek Park. No visit would be complete without checking out the city's lively restaurant and bar scene.
Yellowstone:
America's first national park provides plenty of attractions to excite nature lovers, from steaming geysers to bubbling hot springs to hiking trails that stretch more than 900 miles. Plus, animal fans will appreciate a visit to the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center to learn about local wildlife. If you'd rather look for wild critters inside the park, spend a few hours driving through the Hayden and Lamar valleys. Both areas are considered popular havens for Yellowstone National Park's resident bison, wolves and grizzly bears
Grand Canyon:
To experience some of the most inspiring views America has to offer, plan a trip to Grand Canyon National Park. The Colorado River weaves its way through the 277-mile-long canyon, making it a top destination for whitewater rafting. The Arizona park is also a superb spot to hike, offering scenic paths like the Bright Angel and North Kaibab trails. Regardless of how you choose to spend your time in the Grand Canyon, you're sure to feel small against its towering rock formations
Yosemite:
A vacation at Yosemite National Park in California is all about reconnecting with nature. Spend your visit checking out famous landmarks like Half Dome and Glacier Point or hiking Cathedral Lakes, the Mist Trail and other popular paths.

THE TRAVEL DIARIES - A SOCIAL PANTS EXPERIMENT
Welcome to The Social Pants Experiment. This season, The Travel Diaries.
Last year, I spent my time on daily Vlogs. What did I learn? My Travel Videos were well received. So, this year (2019) I'm focusing on fewer videos with greater depth of content.
And, specifically, focused on my extensive travels around the globe.
The term Travel Vlogger gets thrown around a lot these days. It's a standard on YouTube. Consistently trending on Instagram, and can be confusing for those seeking a taste of reality. Let's change that right now!
I write for fun. I travel out of necessity. And, this year- these are my travel diaries. I hope you enjoy.

White Fang & No Parents - Hey Grandma and Wrecked Mashup
White Fang & No Parents, two of the United States' most brash, hilarious, and ridiculously entertaining bands are hitting the road together this fall with support from Birth Defects. Highlights of the tour include two back-to-back shows at Baby’s All Right in Brooklyn on October 30th and again on the 31st where White Fang will be performing as AC/DC, and shortly after that in Austin for the Fun Fun Fun Festival Nights Prefestival.
White Fang is touring in support of their new album ‘Chunks’ which was produced by Bobby Harlow for Burger Records. The first single on the record –Bong Rip – features a video that was directed by Workaholics’ Kyle Newacheck, and was shot largely in the group’s Los Angeles lifestyle-boutique GnarBurger (a partnership between White Fang’s own label Gnar Tapes and Fullerton’s Burger Records). The full-time-freaks also have an affinity for directing their own videos, as evident in the bizarre video for the second singleWrecked. Most recently, the boys teamed up with horror film-maker Nesto to create the cinematic and psychedelic video Drugs I’ve Taken – which also features background music composed by White Fang’s guitarist Unkle Funkle as well as a chopped and screwed tune by the group’s sister-band The Memories.
Los Angeles’ No Parents have a handful of new releases from their 2015 LP ‘May The Thirst Be With You’ On Burger Records to their most recentpartnership with Altamont Apparel and Bionic Ear to produce a limited edition 7” single. No Parents were named Best Band 2015 by LA Weekly and it’s not hard to see why – in the short time they’ve been playing out, they’ve gained all the momentum of a hay-truck en route to the state fair, where – should we be so lucky – a show even half as entertaining as those boasted by these two hard-rock power-houses would blow the mind of any rock fan from wide-eyed youngsters to the most seasoned veterans of the national scene.
Cleverly dubbed the “Escape From LA” tour, this fall’s performances kick-off in Santa Cruz at the Catalyst Atrium on October 5th and after 29 shows brings the boys back to Los Angeles for what is certain to be a sold-out crowd at The Echo on November 11th.

“White Fang have hijacked the logos of both Taco Bell and Van Halen… and that's not too far away from what they sound like.” - AllMusic

“Any band with a song titled “I’m a Dildo” is OK with me” – LA Record
