Gaimberg is a municipality in the district of Lienz in the Austrian state of Tyrol. It is situated north of the town of Lienz. The neighbouring municipalities are Lienz, Nußdorf-Debant, and Thurn. The municipality consists of the following neighbourhoods: Grafendorf, Obergaimberg, Untergaimberg, Kranzhofsiedlung and Wartschensiedlung.

1. Salt Mine Hallein Hallein
The Hallein Salt Mine, also known as Salzbergwerk Dürrnberg, is an underground salt mine located in the Dürrnberg plateau above Hallein, Austria. The mine has been worked for over 7,000 years since the time of the Celtic tribes and earlier. It helped ensure nearby Salzburg would become a powerful trading community. Since World War I, it has served as a mining museum, known for its long wooden slides between levels.

English translation below. La capitale del Tirolo Orientale è situato al punto di snodo tra le valli Pusteria, Drautal e Iseltal. Denominata la Perla delle Dolomiti. Piccolo centro con i suoi ben 13.000 abitanti in un'ora si riesce a visitarlo tutto.. Piacevole attraversare la piazza che è completamente un'isola pedonale.Si può parcheggiare l'auto (a pagamento) nei pressi della stazione, vicino all'Europaplatz e da lì, poi, sono veramente quattro passi. Come tutte in tutte le città alpine la piazza ha pianta rettangolare con in mezzo l'aiuola, vi si affacciano bei palazzi, negozi e bar, vi regna ordine e pulizia, tanti fiori ornano aiuole e balconi.Lo staff dei negozi parla italiano e molte insegne dei locali sono anche nella nostra lingua.I negozi chiudono presto il pomeriggio perla tendenza a rintanarsi presto a casa dopo il lavoro.Durante l'avvento i mercatini ravvivono un pò l'atmosfera.Come cittadina non attrae molto, sono le possibilità dei tour in bici, di praticare sport invernali e inoltre e piste da sci a darle popolarità.
Degni di nota sono il palazzo del comune ( che vedi nel video) che è ospitato nel castello Liebburg, eretto nel XVII secolo.Notevole la torre della città (la torre Iselturm), così la cappella S.Antonio (Antoniuskapelle) che risale allo stesso periodo. Ci si può arrivare anche in treno partendo da San Candido.
ENGLISH. Lienz, Austria is a small town, capital of East Tyrol (Osttirol]) located at the foot of the Dolomites and in the Val Pusteria which leads to Italy. 13,000 inhabitants. In an hour you can visit it all . It is pleasant to cross the square what It completely a pedestrian island.You can park your car (a fee) close to the station, near Europaplatz and from here you can get there .As all alpine town the square has a rectangular plan with flowerbed in the middle, you overlook beautiful buildings, shops and bars. Here cleanliness and order reign, many flowers adorn the balconies.The staff stores speaks Italian and many shops have signs in Italian. The store close early afternoon because of habit to hole up home soon after working. During Advent Markets the town comes alive a little.Lienz does not attract much, but land around do it much, in fact you can have tours by bike, practice winter sports and use a lot ski slopes.
the main attractions are the Town Council (which you see in the video) that is hosted in Liebburg castle, built in the seventeenth century. The city tower (the Iselturm tower) is notable, so the St. Anthony Chapel (Antoniuskapelle) dating back to the same period. You can go there by train starting from San Candido (Innichen).
