Nannup is a town and shire in the South West region of Western Australia, approximately 280 kilometres south of Perth on the Blackwood River at the crossroads of Vasse Highway and Brockman Highway, linking Nannup to most of the Lower South West's regional centres. Southerly Ashore, Luxury Accommodation in Eagle Bay Western Australia

Luxury Accommodation in Eagle Bay Western Australia. Southerly Ashore is located near the hilltop at the very desirable location of Eagle Bay, right in the heart of the world famous Margaret River Wine region.

The 5500 sm block where Southerly Ashore is located is arguably one of the prettiest blocks within Eagle Bay as it has a range of extremely attractive Jarrah and Peppermint trees. The block also features a dam that is fed by an underground spring. Grass Trees are also featured all over the block. Sweeping views up to Busselton in the East are available from the upper level and across to the world famous Rocky Point surf break to the West. The inspiration for Southerly Ashore came from the Kimberley with 70 tonnes of Kimberley stone being brought down from Wyndham for the feature entrance water fall and the outdoor stone spa. Natural timbers and Kimberley colours are themed throughout Southerly Ashore.

Roadtrip: Western Australia 2015

To choose a roadtrip as our honeymoon trip was one of best decision after we got married. Inspired by a friend's book, Under the Southern Stars (Anida Dyah), we though it will be exciting if we spent our honeymoon on the road, renting a car for a week or more trip, visiting cities and stay there for a while! And yes, it was a great one. A scenic drive from Perth-Burnbury-Busselton-Dunsborough-Yallingup-Margaret River-Pemberton-Denmark-Albany and back to Perth via Kojonup. From a beautiful-secret beach to a giant trees and stunning cave along the national park.
