History comes alive in Springfield
Home to the International Mother Road Festival every year, the hottest hot rods come to strut their stuff in Springfield. But Springfield is more than hot rods. Visit Shea's Gas Station and explore 50 years of artifacts they've collected to celebrate Route 66. Stop off and try some of the classic foods of Route 66, like a corn dog at the Cozy Dog drive-in diner, or a heaping bowl of Chili at Joe Rogers Chili Parlor. For another take on Springfield's historic place in America, head to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum and learn about the man who would later become one of America's most beloved Presidents. Visit his tomb, and his law offices; and see where he worked and lived before heading to Washington DC.

Health issues are popping up everywhere with former passengers visiting doctors for help. So far Norwegian is offering a credit towards a free cruise to the passengers who were on the last cruise through the Panama Canal March 16th to 31st 2018. The innocent victims from the other 3 cruises which carried about 6000 passengers through the Caribbean from Buenos Aires Feb 2 to Mar 16th 2018 have not been offered any compensation to date.
