Valtopina is a comune in the Province of Perugia in the Italian region Umbria, located about 30 km east of Perugia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,399 and an area of 40.5 km².The municipality of Valtopina contains the frazioni Giove, Sasso, Poggio, Ponte Rio, Balciano, Santa Cristina, Gallano, and Casatommaso. Valtopina borders the following municipalities: Assisi, Foligno, Nocera Umbra, Spello.

Villa Santini lies in the medieval village of Eggi. A 17th century villa in a private garden, it is a home away from home for group of 18-25 guests who wish to discover the pleasures and treasures of Umbria in an authentic environment. There are a total of 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. On site, there is also a 2 room cottage with a resident manager.

Villa Santini is let in its entirety rather than a hotel or guest house and is designed to provide both peaceful places of retreat and areas to dine, work and play together as a group.

Abbiamo visitato la città di Nocera Umbra (PG), Umbria, Italy: Il Duomo Civico, la Torre; il Museo e Pinacoteca Civica San Francesco, ospitati nell'ex Chiesa di San Francesco e contenenti, oltre a numerose altre opere, affreschi e tavole di Matteo da Gualdo e Niccolò di Liberatore (detto l'Alunno); il Museo Archeologico, con numerosi reperti, fra i più antichi nella regione Umbria, distribuiti storicamente nelle sezioni: Preistorica e Protostorica; Romana; Tardo Antica / Alto Medievale / Longobarda.
