1. Orebro Castle Orebro
Örebro [œrɛˈbruː] is a city with 117,543 inhabitants, the seat of Örebro Municipality and the capital of Örebro County in Sweden. It is the seventh largest city in Sweden and one of the largest inland hubs of the country. It is located near the lake of Hjälmaren, although a few kilometres inland along the small river Svartån. Örebro is home to Örebro University, a major university hospital, a medieval castle, the water park Gustavsvik as well as several large shopping malls and the Oset-Rynningeviken nature reserve at the lakefront.

Läckö Castle is a medieval castle in Sweden, located on Kållandsö island on Lake Vanern, 25 kilometers north of Lidköping in Västergötland. Brynolf Algotsson, Bishop of Skara, laid the foundations for a fortified castle in 1298 originally as a fort that consisted of two or three houses surrounded by a wall. After a fire during the 1470s, the fort was expanded by bishop Brynolf Gerlachsson. After the reformation in 1527, King Gustav Vasa took possession. Field Marshal Jacob Pontusson De la Gardie was granted the property in 1615. Field Marshal de la Gardie embarked on an extensive building spree, including the third floor of the keep. This is a film where I brought together footage from province Värmland that I have taken for several years and made an film about its beautiful nature and what you encounters in these lands. This movie is also a kind of thankfulness to my father who passed away on 20 May 2012. He was a big wilderness person that among other things became Swedish champion in orienteering so he had great knowledge to move around in the woods with a map. He inspired me to be out in the woods since I was a little boy. A great father.
