Tiveden National Park is a national park situated in the Tiveden forest in the municipalities of Laxå and Karlsborg , in the historical province of Västergötland in Sweden. It is administered by Naturvårdsverket and the county of Örebro, although a part of its area is located in the county of Västra Götaland. It consists of wild forest over rugged terrain. The national park was established in 1983 and the size was initially 1,350 hectares . After an extension in 2017, it now covers 2,030 hectares

Fulufjället National Park is a national park in central Sweden. Its total area is 385 km2 , located entirely within Älvdalen Municipality in the province of Dalarna. It is named after the mountain Fulufjället, 1,044 m high. It covers the Swedish part of the Fulufjället massif, which is the southernmost part of the Scandes in Sweden. The Norwegian part of the massif is protected by Norway's Fulufjellet National Park. The park is one of Sweden's most recent, inaugurated in September 2002 by King Carl XVI Gustaf at a ceremony attended by a few thousand spectators. The park has become one of the initial PAN Parks, an international project to combine preservation with tourism. Kosterhavet National Park is the first national marine park in Sweden, inaugurated on September 2009. It is part of the Skagerrak sea and is located in Strömstad and Tanum municipalities in Bohuslän, Västra Götaland County, Sweden. It consists of the sea and shores around the Koster Islands, excluding everything else on the islands. In the north, it borders the Norwegian marine park of Ytre Hvaler. Kosterhavet National Park is home to Sweden's largest seal colony.

This is a film where I brought together footage from province Värmland that I have taken for several years and made an film about its beautiful nature and what you encounters in these lands. This movie is also a kind of thankfulness to my father who passed away on 20 May 2012. He was a big wilderness person that among other things became Swedish champion in orienteering so he had great knowledge to move around in the woods with a map. He inspired me to be out in the woods since I was a little boy. A great father.
