Intermittently referred to as the “Guru of Laughter,” and “The Chubby Broad from Brooklyn”, Joyce helps people lighten up wherever she goes.

· Two brilliant children, Steven, a cardiologist and Beth, a New York Attorney,
A fabulous daughter-in-law, Julie, and son-in-law, John
· Two brilliant grandchildren, Sophia and Leo,
· One amazing grand-dog, Daisy, a King Charles spaniel,
· A fabulous career as a Professor (now Emeritus) of Special Education at Southern CT State University since 1975
· Several prized awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from AATH (Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor), outstanding faculty award from Academy for the Academy for Continuing Education (ACE) in Florida, the Athena Award for Outstanding Leadership for Women for the State of Connecticut, as well as winner of the International Joke Telling Contest for the International Society for Humor Studies (.ISHS)
· The most loving and devoted friends that anyone has ever known.
On the very serious side, she chose to receive her doctoral degree from Columbia University, because she loved the color of their doctoral gown. It was no small feat that she was able to persuade her mentor to allow her to write her dissertation on “Humor in Adult Learning.” She also holds four graduate degrees in the fields of Special Education and Counseling. Joyce’s innovative teaching style has led to the development of a graduate course entitled. “The Enhancement of Learning Through Humor,” as well as a summer institute called, “Healing, Education Laughter and Play (HELP). In her previous life, her spirit of adventure led her to appear as a stand-up comedienne for dozens of organizations and clubs, including Dangerfield’s and Good Times in New York City.

Leonard Alfred Schneider (October 13, 1925 – August 3, 1966), better known by his stage name Lenny Bruce, was an American stand-up comedian, social critic, satirist, and screenwriter. He was renowned for his open, free-style and critical form of comedy which integrated satire, politics, religion, sex, and vulgarity. His 1964 conviction in an obscenity trial was followed by a posthumous pardon, the first in the history of New York state, by then-Governor George Pataki in 2003. He paved the way for future outspoken counterculture-era comedians, and his trial for obscenity is seen as a landmark for freedom of speech in the United States. In 2017, Rolling Stone magazine ranked him third (behind disciples Richard Pryor and George Carlin) on its list of the 50 best stand-up comics of all time.

JOE ROGAN
Joseph James Rogan (born August 11, 1967) is an American stand-up comedian, mixed martial arts color commentator, podcast host, and businessman.
Rogan began a career in stand-up in August 1988 in the Boston area, developing a blue comedy act. He moved to New York City two years later.
After relocating to Los Angeles in 1994, Rogan signed an exclusive developmental deal with Disney, appeared as an actor on the television sitcoms Hardball and NewsRadio, and worked in local comedy clubs. In 1997, he started working for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) as an interviewer and color commentator. Rogan released his first comedy special in 2000, and has since produced seven other specials. From 2001, he has been the host of several television shows, including Fear Factor, The Man Show, and Joe Rogan Questions Everything.
In 2009, Rogan launched his podcast The Joe Rogan Experience which has become one of the most popular podcasts available; in October 2015, it was downloaded 16 million times. Rogan also is an advocate for the legalization of cannabis, an avid hunter and part of the Eat What You Kill movement.

Julian Paul Assange (/əˈsɑːnʒ/;[1] born Julian Paul Hawkins; 3 July 1971) is an Australian computer programmer and the editor of WikiLeaks.[2] Assange founded WikiLeaks in 2006, but came to international attention in 2010, when WikiLeaks published a series of leaks provided by Chelsea Manning. These leaks included the Collateral Murder video (April 2010),[3][4] the Afghanistan war logs (July 2010), the Iraq war logs (October 2010), and CableGate (November 2010). Following the 2010 leaks, the federal government of the United States launched a criminal investigation into WikiLeaks and asked allied nations for assistance.[5]
In November 2010, Sweden issued an international arrest warrant for Assange.[6] He had been questioned there months earlier over allegations of sexual assault and rape.[7] Assange continued to deny the allegations, and expressed concern that he would be extradited from Sweden to the United States because of his perceived role in publishing secret American documents.[8][9] Assange surrendered himself to UK police on 7 December 2010, and was held for ten days before being released on bail. Having been unsuccessful in his challenge to the extradition proceedings, he breached his bail and absconded. He was granted asylum by Ecuador in August 2012 and has remained in the Embassy of Ecuador in London since then. Assange has held Ecuadorian citizenship since 12 December 2017.[10]
During the 2016 Democratic Party presidential primaries, WikiLeaks hosted emails sent or received by candidate Hillary Clinton from her private email server when she was Secretary of State.[11] According to two political scientists, WikiLeaks strategically released the e-mails whenever Clinton's lead expanded in the polls.[12] After the Democratic Party, along with cybersecurity experts, claimed that Russian intelligence had hacked Clinton campaign-related e-mails and leaked them to WikiLeaks, Assange said Clinton was causing hysteria about Russia.[13][14] He consistently denied any connection to or cooperation with Russia in relation to the leaks.[15][16][17]
On 19 May 2017, the Swedish prosecutors dropped their investigation into the rape accusation against Assange and applied to revoke the European arrest warrant.[18] Although he is free to leave the Embassy, it is likely that he would then be arrested for the criminal offence of breaching his bail conditions.[19] The London Metropolitan Police have indicated that an arrest warrant is still in force for Assange's failure to surrender himself to his bail.[20] On 27 July 2018, Ecuadorian President Lenín Moreno revealed that he had begun talks with British authorities to withdraw the asylum for Assange.
