Skarhults Castle is a castle in Eslöv Municipality, Scania, in southern Sweden. The present castle was constructed in the 1560s in the then Danish province of Scania by Danish riksråd Sten Rosensparre, though certain parts of the castle are presumed to be older. The estate was originally called Skarholta or Skarolt. From at least the 14th century until 1624, it belonged to the Rosensparre family, who also called themselves Skarholt, and then to the Ruud family and the Trolle family. In 1658, Scania became a Swedish province, and in 1661, it was bought by the Swedish count Pontus Fredrik De la Gardie. Ale's Stones is a megalithic monument in Scania in southern Sweden. It is a stone ship, oval in outline, with the stones at each end markedly larger than the rest. It is 67 m long formed by 59 large boulders, weighing up to 1.8 tonnes each. The carbon-14 dating system for organic remains has provided seven results at the site. One indicates that the material is around 5,500 years old whereas the remaining six indicate a date about 1,400 years ago. The latter is considered to be the most likely time for Ales Stenar to have been created. That would place its creation towards the end of the Nordic Iron Age.

Skånes Djurpark is a Swedish zoological park located in Höör Municipality, Skåne County. It specializes in animals of the Nordic fauna, although orphaned animals from elsewhere in the world are sometimes temporarily housed there until a new home can be found for them. The zoo has about 900 animals, representing almost 100 species. These animals are most often kept in large enclosures with natural environments. Some of the domestic animals displayed include: Skånegås , Gute sheep, Fjäll cattle, and Jämtlandsget .

Stenshuvud is a hill in the southeastern corner of Sweden, in the province of Scania, close to Kivik in Simrishamn Municipality. Since 1986, it is one of the National parks of Sweden. The park covers an area of about 3.9 km2 . The hill is 97 m high and faces the Baltic Sea. Since the surrounding landscape is relatively flat, it can be seen from a great distance and has traditionally been used as a landmark for seafarers. Many visitors trek up the hill to enjoy the view which is very good in clear weather. Most of the area is covered with broadleaf forest, especially European hornbeam. Flying VFR in Sognefjord, Norway

In July 2017, my bf Håkan, and I flew from Karlskoga, Sweden to Sognefjord, Norway. Norway is an magnificent country, and even more so from above. Unfortunately we where trying to get further out the coast but with the weather deteriorating we made the decision to return to sunny Sweden.

Anyways. This is a small video from that flight! It was freaking amazing!

Detta är resultatet av många timmars arbete... Jag har tidigare laddat upp den här sträckan på YouTube, men det finns flera förändringar: För det första är hela sträckan i en sammanhängande film. För det andra är upplösningen 1080p (tidigare 720p). För det tredje är filmen bättre färgkorrigerad.

För det fjärde, och viktigast, är filmen FULLPROPPAD med intressant information – om platserna vi passerar, om järnvägens historia och lite andra saker. Aktivera undertexterna för att ta del av den!

Helst hade jag velat ha en nyinspelning av sträckan, men det är för närvarande svårt att hitta lokförare som kan/vill erbjuda plats åt min kamera i förarhytten. Jag hoppas på bättre lycka i framtiden.

Jag jobbar även på att göra undertexter till mina andra tågfilmer här på YouTube. Ha tålamod – det tar tid! ;)

This is the result of many hours of work... I've uploaded this stretch previously on YouTube, but several changes have been made: First, the whole stretch can now be seen in a single movie. Second, the resolution is now 1080 (previously 720p). Third, this movie has better color correction.

Fourth, and most important, the movie is PACKED with interesting information – about the places we're passing, about railroad history and some other things. Activate the subtitles to read them!

I would have preferred to make a new recording of this stretch, but it's very hard at the moment to find train drivers willing/able to offer my video camera a place in their cabins. I'm hoping for better luck in the future.

I'm also working on creating subtitles to my other railroad videos here on YouTube. Be patient – it takes time! ;)
