A few friends and I went down Goon Road in Fairview Heights, IL on September 9th, 2015 in the daytime (6:00pm-ish). Legend says that there's goons or something living down there. We decided to go check it out.
To check it out yourself, here are the directions:
1.) Start at the Fairview Heights Public Library on Bunkum Road.
2.) Drive down Bunkum, past the library and the baseball fields, all the way to the bridge over the interstate.
3.) Cross the bridge and take an immediate right onto Cozy Lane.
4.) Keep going forward, take a slight left, then a slight right onto Briarwood.
5.) Keep going down Briarwood until you see a steep hill.
6.) Go down it.
7.) You're there. Just go over the gate/fence and walk down the path.
8.) Don't get killed by the goons.
