1. Lamu Old Town Lamu Island
Lamu or Lamu Town is a small town on Lamu Island, which in turn is a part of the Lamu Archipelago in Kenya. Situated 341 kilometres by road northeast of Mombasa that ends at Mokowe Jetty, from where the sea channel has to be crossed to reach Lamu Island. It is the headquarters of Lamu County and a UNESCO World Heritage site. The town contains the Lamu Fort on the seafront, construction under Fumo Madi ibn Abi Bakr, the sultan of Pate, and was completed after his death in the early 1820s. Lamu is also home to 23 mosques, including the Riyadha Mosque, built in 1900, and a donkey sanctuary.

2. Takwa Ruins Manda Island
The Takwa settlement is situated on the south side of Manda Island, in the Lamu District in the coastal province of Kenya. They are the ruins of a town which was abandoned around the 18th century. The Takwa site can be easily reached from Lamu town. The ruins were first excavated by James Kirkman in 1951. In 1972 the site was cleared again under the supervision of James de Vere Allen, the Curator of the Lamu Museum. Takwa was never a large place. It was founded around 1500, and probably abandoned around 1700. Kirkman thought that it was perhaps a place where holy men or religious people retreated. Kericho is the biggest town in Kericho County located in the highlands west of the Kenyan Rift Valley. Standing on the edge of the Mau Forest, Kericho has a warm and temperate climate making it an ideal location for agriculture and in particular, the large scale cultivation of tea. The town is strategically located along Kenya's western tourism circuit with access to Lake Victoria, the Maasai Mara National Reserve and Ruma National Park. As of the 1999 census, the town has a population of 150,000. Kericho is the home town of the Kipsigis, who are a part of the Kalenjin people.

Kit-Mikayi — also spelled Kit Mikayi, Kitmikayi, and Kitmikaye — is a rock formation, a tor, around 120 m high situated about 29 km west of the town of Kisumu in western Kenya. It is about 1 km from the Kisumu-Bondo road. The sign board is on the gate of Kit Mikayi primary school and entrance is via N’gop-Ngeso primary school. Kit-mikayi means the stone of the first woman, or stone of the first wife, in Dholuo, the Luo language.

Sikh Temple Makindu is located about 104 miles from Nairobi on the main Nairobi to Mombasa Road. It was built in 1926 by the Sikhs who were working on the construction of the Uganda railway line from the coast inland to Lake Victoria and beyond to Uganda. Today, all types of people visit this Gurdwara everyday and it is a 'must-see' Gurdwara for any Sikh travelling to Kenya and East Africa. This holy Sikh shrine provides a peaceful atmosphere where one can meditate and calm one's mind before proceeding to join the rat-race again on the busy coastal road, the main arterial road from the coast to the capital, Nairobi. The Gurdwara complex is very large spanning an estimated 5000 square meters and has facilities for langar around the clock and living accommodation for travellers.

1. Fort Jesus - beautiful place rich with culture and the architecture there is amazing. The old ruins stir up a sense of authenticity.

2. Haller Park - Awesome connect with nature. Swaying trees, swimming crocs, giant tortoise, hippos lurking below the meniscus, giant palms, unending trails... Just visit it!

3. Mombasa Marine National Park - you can see alot of diffrent kind of fishs and sea animals coralreefs, you can go by a glas bottem boat for snorkling or diving or just sit inside the boat and watch the fishes the under water wolrd is really beautyfull wounderfull amazing awesome

4. North Coast Beaches - a little livelier than the south coast and the resorts are closer to the airport and Mombasa City.

5. Old Town - The history of Mombasa is amazing, beautiful, detailed, and well preserved that shows the true authenticity of the island. It was a great walk through the town but would highly recommend a guide.

6. South Coast Beaches - The water is crystal clear and warm.

7. Mombasa Tusks - A famous landmark in the city, constructed of aluminum, the tusks mark the entrance to the heart of town where visitors will find most of the banks, shops, and markets.

8. Mamba Village Centre - Excellent getaway place in mombasa

9. Bombolulu Workshops and Cultural Centre - A nice cultural place, that gives you a good feel of the coastal region of kenya. From craftsman to dancers to African clothing and art you can purchase. It also supports the local community.

10. Mombasa Go-Kart - Great place to race and just have a good time! They have a restaurant and a well stocked bar too.
