Höllviken is a locality situated in Vellinge Municipality, Skåne County, Sweden with 10,607 inhabitants in 2010. It is located close to both Malmö and the Øresund Bridge which connects Sweden and Denmark. The town is a popular summer vacation spot for northern Europeans, who are attracted to its sand beaches and the historical sites which date back to the time of the Vikings. The Foteviken Museum is an archaeological open-air museum on the Höllviken peninsula in southern Skåne, Sweden. It contains a reconstruction of a large Viking Age settlement and a viking reservation, and visitors participate in living history reenactments; it also performs research and functions as the municipal museum of Vellinge Municipality and part of Fotevikens Kulturcenter, a group of cultural facilities on the peninsula.

Sweden: Visit to Birka Viking Village - A Living History Museum
While Melynda took the day to go hike, the Henry and the boys took a boat tour to the viking village of Birka outside Stockholm. The weather was rainy but with a few glimpses of sun and there was of course easy access to fika. The boys really got a lot out of the museum and guided tour in English and they really enjoyed their own mock battle at the walls. Henry liked the recreated viking village and long boats.

The Best of Sweden - SKANÖR

Tour of the Viking Ship Museum, Bygdøy (Oslo), Whimsical Travelers Vlog 3

For our first day in Oslo we decided to check out the Viking Ship Museum on the peninsula of Bygdøy (Vikingskipshuset på Bygdøy). A very cool place with some amazing artifacts and relics. If you find yourself in Oslo, definitely head there!

Getting there is super easy and can be achieved by taking a bus (there's a stop right in front of the museum) or a ~10 minute Uber ride.

Läget är idealiskt med endast 5 minuter till närmaste strand och golfbana, 15 minuter till Smygehuk och 20 minuter till Höllviken och Falsterbo. Rummen och boendet är renoverat till modern standard med t ex TV och bredbandsuppkoppling på alla rum, samt kaklade badrum. Alla boende har tillgång till ett gemensamt kök om man exempelvis vill tillaga sin egen frukost vid tidig avresa, eller göra en enklare kvällsmåltid.

A 5-minute walk from the centre of Trelleborg, Svea Bed & Breakfast is a traditional townhouse with a mature lawned garden. There is a neighbouring playground, free Wi-Fi throughout and a communal kitchen. Each bright bedroom at Svea Bed & Breakfast comes with a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms feature a fireplace and seating area, and all look out over the garden. A self-service breakfast is provided each morning in the kitchen, and there are many restaurants in the area as well as in the centre of Trelleborg. The ferry port with its connections to Germany and Poland is only a 5 minutes walk away, as well as the town's train station and shopping area. Trelleborg golf course is 6 km from the property. The southernmost point of Sweden, the fishing village of Smygehuk, is only 15 minutes' drive away.

This is a great place in Dublin, Ireland. If you are in Dublin, you have to pay a visit. Dublinia is just awesome. I hope everyone enjoy it.
