St. Luke's Church, also known as Old Brick Church, or Newport Parish Church, is a historic church building, located in the unincorporated community of Benns Church, near Smithfield in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, United States. It is the oldest church in Virginia and oldest church in British North America of brick construction. According to local tradition the structure was built in 1632, but other evidence points to a date of 1682; see Dating controversy. On October 15, 1966, St. Luke's was designated a National Historic Landmark and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in recognition of its historic and architectural distinction. James River Crossing Bridge from I-95 ~ What an awesome Bridge ~ Virginia

On our way to our Hotel near Fort Lee Virginia. (September 26, 2011) We saw a huge Bridge ~ Overpass. We were on I-95 South. I have never seen a bridge like this before. It was really awesome. It looked like a huge Roller Coaster. I got videos also on our way back to the Train Station of the Bridge I-95 North. (September 27, 2011) This was I-95 and VA-895. The Bridge is called James River Bridge. I also took some video of Richmond Virginia. We had a really nice visit to Virginia. Its such a beautiful State.

About Lyman Whitaker Wind Sculpture™

The sculptures are hand crafted from copper, steel and stainless steel that provide beauty and strength. Ranging from 5 -27 feet, each Wind Sculpture™ is secured against theft and rests on a sealed ball bearing at the top of a vertical rod. They also come with a steel ground mount receptacle for simple installation. Lyman's designs permit the sculpture to be responsive to the currents of the wind, allowing changing forms to emerge in a slight breeze, yet balance in high winds.

The weathered color pallet fits extremely well with a variety of locales; the copper, brown, tan and green are all elements of the applied patina. The copper and stainless steel elements have a glistening effect as they move in the sun and low lighting definitely enhances the appeal at night. The sculptures are intriguing when caught in one's peripheral vision for a second, but not a diversion; up close, the experience is mesmerizing and interactive. Zach, Kevin, and their new trail friend Silvia embark on another trip to Dolly Sods National Wilderness Area at the top of the Monongahela National Forest in Wild, Wonderful West Virginia.
