Gulf Harbors, New Port Richey, Florida, USA PARADISE IN FLORIDA GULF COAST
Gulf Harbors is an unincorporated community urban community in western Pasco County, Florida, United States, near New Port Richey; however, the community has not been a census-designated place since 1970. A fantastic Gulf front community beach can be yours when you live at Gulf Harbors. The private Gulf Harbors Beach Club for members, at a low yearly cost ($144/yr), features super facilities, charcoal bbq grilling areas, and tiki-style huts with picnic tables. This is a community park consisting of 45 acres located right on the Gulf of Mexico. There is a 650' boardwalk that takes you through the mangroves and wetland property to the north side of the park and has a small two-deck observation tower where you can spot dolphins, sea cranes and other birds migrating around the area and is very peaceful and calming.
There are several picnic tables and charcoal grills for the public to use. Bring the entire family and have a small picnic on the beach or host a birthday party outdoors. There is a playground with slides, swings, spring toys and even a pirate ship with a slide that children will enjoy.

Clearwater is a city located in Pinellas County, Florida, United States, northwest of Tampa and St. Petersburg. To the west of Clearwater lies the Gulf of Mexico and to the southeast lies Tampa Bay. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 107,685.[6] Clearwater is the county seat of Pinellas County[7] and is the smallest of the three principal cities in the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metropolitan area, most commonly referred to as the Tampa Bay Area.
Cleveland Street is one of the city's historic avenues, and the city includes Spectrum Field and Coachman Park. The city is separated by the Intracoastal Waterway from Clearwater Beach.
Clearwater is the home of Clearwater Marine Aquarium, where bottlenose dolphins Winter and Hope live.
Clearwater is the worldwide spiritual headquarters for the Church of Scientology.[8]
Clearwater is located at 27°58′25″N 82°45′51″W.[25]
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 39.2 square miles (101.6 km2), of which 25.6 square miles (66.2 km2) is land and 13.7 square miles (35.4 km2) (34.86%) is water.[26]
Downtown[edit]
Clearwater's downtown has been undergoing major redevelopment in recent years. General beautification has been done along with completion of several high-rise condos and a large marina.[27][28] New bars, restaurants and other amenities are coming to the area, renamed the Cleveland Street District.[29][30] Royalty Theatre is also slated to be renovated.[31][32] Another feature is Coachman Park which hosts events throughout the year.[33] The downtown core is approximately 2 miles (3 km) from Clearwater Beach and 6 miles (10 km) from downtown Dunedin. The drive to both places, and many parts of downtown itself, feature views of the water and the Clearwater Memorial Causeway.
Climate[edit]
Clearwater has a humid subtropical climate. Clearwater is far enough south that it lies in the broad transition zone from subtropical to tropical climates. As such, Clearwater is mostly warm to hot year round, with few nights of frost. Most of the annual rainfall comes in the wet season (May through October), when daily thundershowers erupt due to the strong solar heating. The dry season starts in November and runs though April, at which time the weather is sunny, dry, and there is little change in daily weather.
